Great backpack. Strong seams, very long lasting and hold a lot. May seem heavy but it is appropriate for what you are getting. Would buy it again and again as long as the manufacturer keeps up the quality standards as what I received. 5 stars all day even though one of the outer straps can not be secured due to faulty adjuster. I wish something could be done about it but oh well still a phenomenal buy

I have only used this for two trips, but I already really like it. There are four design featured that I feel really sets this bag apart from others. I like ther reinforced top handle (see attached pic), but I guess others have this also but many don't. I like the two inner compartments that allow for regular laptop and a tablet. This is useful for business trips where you bring company laptop and personal tablet. Both laptop and tablet have their own padded sleeve (see attached pic). The biggest feature I like are the straps on each side of the bag (see attached pic). Main feature os these straps is that you pull straps tight when bag isn't completely full. This reduces chances of everything in bag dropping to bottom of bag. When that happens it makes it a PIA to stuff under seat in front of you when flying. But THE BIGGEST advantage is where they placed these side straps. They put the straps in such a way that the straps help keep water bottle in place. So many bags have the mesh pocket (like this one) but it isnever sturdy enough. So your water bottle just flops around and falls out.Since I have only used this twice I can speak to longevity, bit all materials (zippers, straps, handles) seem well designed.

At first, I was hesitant to buy this bag since I did recognize the brand and especially since it was made in China, but I thought it was worth the money since I needed a new bag for my college classes this semester.When I first opened the package, I was concerned by how small it looked since it had looked much bigger in the product photos. But I learned that it was folded inward to order to fit inside the packaging and once I saw it out of the bag, I was awestruck by what the bag had in store.The storage capabilities are light-years ahead of every single bag I have used up to this point from RFID protection slots to multiple slots and pockets inside the bags main areas that fit my gaming mouse, my MSI gaming laptop brick and cord, and my apple ipad with apple pencil. Even after packing all of my essentials for my spring classes, there is still tons of storage space remaining. Some of it's unique features are the integrated USB adapter on the bag that you can connect with a battery pack to charge anything on the go, a long storage compartment on the opposite side of the bag that rests against your back, and the capacity to carry two laptops up to over 18 inches. You can fit clothes, shoes, jackets, and many others in the bag in different places and has straps to slide into your suitcase for flights or long journeys.Multiple side and drink slots offer storage for your umbrella, water bottle, and some rather useful items like silverware and straw kit I received during orientation.I can assure you this bag will be the best investment you ever do and for a game design major and gamer such as myself, this is a lifesaver for my college years and hopefully beyond that.Gamers and college students, this is the only bag you will ever need for your classes and your gaming PC. And the true potential is yet to be revealed.

Edited to add: after the seller seen the review they reached out to me to make it right. I really appreciate it and will give them another chance. The new backpack had more sturdy fabric. I appreciate the responsiveness.It is big and spacious. BUT we ordered it on January 13. Here it is March 19 and it is already ripping apart.

I want to review the outstanding customer support I received after my purchase. The first time I used my new backpack, I had an issue with one of the stitches pulling apart. I contacted customer services and could not have been happier with their quick response and positive experience. I sent in two pictures of the backpack and within two days a new one was in the mail and waiting for me when I returned from my trip. No charge and no hassle.Not every product is perfect. This backpack was as described and did the job. Spacious and many compartments to hold a variety of items.Highest recommendations not only for the product but the service and support after the sale.

This backpack is big enough for my daily breakfast, lunch, snacks, water-bottle and everything else I need to carry during the work week. It’s very sturdy and comfortable.

Almost perfect. This bag is the biggest it could possibly be and still fit under a plane seat as a "personal item". It has tons of pockets, can easily fit a 16" macbook pro and is fairly comfortable even with a generous amount of weight in it. There is only one downside and that's the fabric where the fancy steel braided cable meets the bag. Turns out it doesn't matter how strong the handle itself is if the fabric it's connected to will just rip with regular stuff in the bag (i.e. not talking about the bag being filled with metal weights or something, just miscellaneous stuff for traveling). It's really a bummer because this bag is fantastic otherwise. I'd say the bag is rated for maybe 20-30 pounds without having the tearing issue but it's hard to say as mine ripped after just four days of travel with it. Unfortunately I'll have to find another option or find a way to reinforce that area of the bag.
