This umami blend is excellent. I love to add it to loads of my favorite foods, from scrambled eggs to baked potatoes. Has a little bit of heat, but not too much. Definitely a good purchase and will buy again.

I love to cook and this gives special flavors to many of my dishes. It has plenty of salt in it so best to go light, then taste. AND it has a little spicy kick to it that I love!

It does the job for tofu scrambled and to flavor soups and gravy, I wish it didn't contain mushrooms because that means it goes bad faster. So that get a star taken away. But if you plan on using this for everything the mushrooms are not that bis of a deal.

Really great umami flavor that goes well on anything you want to add an extra savory kick to.

I’ve used this in chicken salad and sauces of every kind. I haven’t found any savory dish it did not enhance.

If you have zero tolerance for spicey flavors, it's not for you, it is hot. If you love spicy food, this product will be a perfect addition to your recipes.

Adds such a savory, rich and delicious flavor profile - I love this stuff. Be advised; it does contain salt and also chili flakes. So, it has a kick and also should not be used in combination with other salted seasonings because they things can get very salty.
