Doesn’t work! This product sucks. Don’t waste your money like I did!!!! I literally used half the container and it didn’t remove 1 single hair! I tried it on the other side , different strips! Followed directions to a T! My return date is closed. SMH

It honestly made my skin raw from the amount of times I tried to take hair out. Maybe I’m doing it wrong but it’s just not working for me. No matter how I warm it with my palm. Put a small or med amount. Maybe it’s just me.

See for yourself and take a peek at my photos.A huge tip — Make sure you’re applying enough. As another user pointed out, less is NOT more. A good way to tell is when the strip goes on and you’re rubbing it in the direction of the hair, you should be able to see where the wax is through the side you’re rubbing down. If you’re rubbing and you CAN’T see it transparently on the other side you probably didn’t add enough and thus might not pick up as much hair.Yes, it really does come off with just water! If you drew a line of wax too thick or over some hair you DIDN’T want waxed, just get a damp paper towel and start over.This pen is a game changer. I almost didn’t give it a try because of some of the negative reviews from amateurs and professionals alike. Well it worked for me, and all I did was do research and I’ll never go back!Below are some photos — some obvious touch ups required, but you can see the product does in fact work based on the before and after brows along with the hair on the fabric strips! Product did not do what it was suppose to, I did everything it said to do and hairs did not come off at all

I use to use the green pen years ago and it worked great until it didn’t. One day I tried it again and nothing. I put the warm wax on and the strips wouldn’t attach. I threw it away and didn’t think about trying it again for years. Well I bought the sugar wax pen a couple days ago to try it and it was useless. After cleaning the brow and ensuring it was dry and oil free I applied the wax. It wouldn’t even stick to my skin! I applied it and it just beaded up and separated. I tried four times to make it work and had the same results every time. It won’t even adhere to the strips. I don’t know what they did to the formula but it’s useless now.

Took a bit to learn how to use it but now it’s the best purchase I’ve made. Running under hot water for an about 90 seconds is perfect. I love that the wax washes off so easily if you put too much on! It doesn’t hurt suuuuper bad either. It’s very mild compared to some waxes. All around is wonderful!
