Any more, I always have some means of self defense on me, other than my aging fists. I don't want to carry a gun, but it is so easy to carry this little gem. No one notices, which is exactly how I want it.

Awesome! Comes with a boot retention strap, and a break away neck chain and torx tool with replacement tools! And I didn't know that the sheath was so versatile - for boot, belt, neck, and Molle carry options! Sweet.

The knife is made well, the sheath seems made well the clip and Velcro straps only perform well with the 5.11 boot. Don't buy if you don't have them.

Perfect sized knife for my 5.11 boots. Typical 5.11 quality which is outstanding. Great design, lightweight, strong, very sharp and holds an edge easily.....what else could you ask for?

TRASH!!!!!! The knife itself is okay, however, if you plan on buying a knife that can QUICKLY and EASILY be removed from its sheath DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!I have been oiling and trying to break in this sheath for weeks now and it takes a good 50lbs of pressure just to get it out. I have loosened the screws, oiled the inside of the sheath, and even attempted to use a screwdriver to make this sheath less tight... NOTHING WORKS, if your life is on the line amd you need to get to this tool... You WILL die. By far the biggest piece of trash with 5.11 on it.

DURABILITY:Very tough knife that appears to be able to withstand a beating. The grip is surprisingly comfortable and the finger hole makes me feel like my hand won't slide and get slashed.EDGE:Comes very sharp and hold edge fairly well.CASE:I am a little disappointed in the case. It is very tough getting the knife in and out but on the plus side you don't have to worry about it falling out.RECOMMENDATION:Overall I would recommend this as a last resort defense knife but the inability to quickly draw it from its case leaves me refraining its use as a primary.

Fits perfectly in the 5.11 recon boot, dont even notice it there anymore. I carry it daily at work 8-10 hrs a day!

I really liked it, fits in the 5.11 atac 2.0 boots.Looks really good and able to conceal. HOWEVER, you’re not going to get it out of the sheath. It requires two hands to pull it out.And no adjustments on the actual sheath to loosen it up a little so you can pull it out with ease. But to use it at a moments notice? Not going to happen.
