This box of 12 was a great value. Bush's beans are my favorite, because they are always soft and not hard and taste great! Their canned pintos are my favorite.

I have been buying these pinto beans for a number of years. I buy bulk, I love portuguese beans my grandma used to make. They are a favorite of my family. These beans are the best canned beans I have found. They are firm some others come mushy. I will continue to buy these

When purchased this exact same product last year, and opening the top of the can, and draining gently. It was all the way full to the top, minus about one quarter inch. Now there is a gap of over one inch. You will see a gap of about 1-1/4 inch from the top. I'm not pressing down the lid when draining. It's just less product than before. I noticed this with other canned vegetables as well. They give you more water and less food. You really notice it when the portions served become smaller than before.
