Really nice difference with Dr's B Magnesium

I have tried other magnesium capsules, and this brand is the only one with easy to swallow 105mg. for each capsule.

It works great the pain I was feeling in my knees, back & foot are gone. I still feel some stabbing pain in my knees sometimes but I can go up & down stairs without feeling pain & I have more energy than I’m used to.

The label is deliberately deceptive to look like the other tablets that are 100 mg each tablet. This is 50mg each capsule. I won't buy this again. I'm looking for a different brand altogether.EDIT: I have to change my review. I take less of this magnesium to get better effects of the other magnesium. I think the delivery in this one is better absorbed. It's working great and I take less.
