SpO2 when you're patient with your patient.
The display is easy to read, easy to change the mode, HR seems accurate, but it seems to take extra long to take the reading. Most of the SpO2 meters I've used only take a few seconds to start registering their readings. This one seems to take it's time, sometimes taking as long as 20+ seconds to start registering. I've tried it on a few fingers and people, so it's not just poor perfusion in the person, it just seems the meter takes a little longer to read. All in all, it seems to work fine otherwise. Just make sure you put it on one hand before you start doing BP on the other arm, it will probably be reading once you've done getting the BP.I've knocked off one star for the delay in the reading.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. Especially since this pulse ox fits better.
This is a nice little machine. It comes with a little lanyard so you can hang it for easy access. I really like how it fits my finger, I have smaller fingers and tend to have issues with purchases like this. It also seems to read pretty accurate. I have a different pulse ox and they pretty much read even.

Device is Unreliable
I’m not sure how this oximeter has all the 5 star reviews. I probably received a defective model or something, but this oximeter isn’t accurate at all. When I received it, it was relatively accurate, or so I thought. Then the next reading, I have 70 O2 with a 75 BPM; so my fiancé tried it and received similar results. Apparently we both need oxygen masks or perhaps we just need to return this broken thing.Other notes:Easy to read, and there’s no way to turn it off once it’s on - so you just have to wait for it to auto shut off.

works perfectly
I like the bright readout. I also like that it turns itself off shortly after you take it off your hand..Saves batteries.wish it came with a cover to store it in..

Exactly what I was looking for
Small, easy to use, and accurate. An essential product to monitor oxygen level and heart rate at an extremely affordable price point. Along with digital thermometer, makes this product a necessity to monitor condition. Combine these two products with an electronic blood pressure cuff to top off your medical kit.

Good pulse ox
I bought this to keep on hand for different issues that could arise. Especially with covid going around, it's nice to have something to check a pulse ox. Seems to be accurate

Accurate and easy to use
I really like this pulse ox. It takes about 15 seconds to read but is very accurate. It came with batteries and is easy to use. You just put it on your finger and touch the power button and it will give you your reading. It even came with a lanyard.

Looks Like Good Quality
Bought to replace a cheaper version which died after 2 years as it’s exposed ribbon cable came loose and I couldn’t reattach it. I think that all the versions use the same chip and the only difference is in the construction quality. This one gives me the same readings as did the cheaper version. Testing it by determinedly holding my breath gives the expected changes in the readings so I feel that it is functioning correctly.I’ve had a pulmonary embolism so I like to use this to reassure myself occasionally that all is well!It appears well put together and is marketed by a medical equipment company rather than just a nondescript seller.I note that they stress that it is not for medical use but it seems exactly the same as those claiming that they ARE. So, I’m taking that they are displaying an abundance of caution :)

Does exactly what I expected.
This is simple to use, provides a reading after about ten seconds and if you leave your finger in it'll update the results. If you want to test someone else I've found it is best to let it turn off first. That's only a few seconds. You need to put your finger in the correct way up and comply with the other requirements eg no nail varnish. Contrary to another review it does come with CE certification on a separate slip and on the instructions for use.

Don’t bother using the batteries it comes with - put proper ones in straight away
Batteries failed and the device was giving no oxygen or pulse reading within 3 days of use even though it showed good battery power on the monitor. I changed the batteries anyway and it started working again. I would suggest starting off with well known batteries like Duracell to ensure the device works properly. Hardly a life saver if the readings are inaccurate. The manufacturer should send decent batteries with a health product like this or send none at all.

Pulse monitor
Used twice not working after that . Used durecell batteries so it wasn't them. Had to throw it away a waste of money
