Great bow!
I just purchased this bow a few days ago. It is really nice. Well balanced and well made. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turns out this will be the bow that I use, rather than the one I had. I will probably purchase another one as a backup bow.

Very nice bow
This bow produced a very deep and solid sound. I was pleasantly surprised as this was not very expensive at all. My son said I was very comfortable and easy to hold.

Surprisingly good sound.
I bought this will little to no expectations, but it is pretty good. Not going to use it for a concert, but a solid practice bow. It feels good in the hand, the balance is nice, the hair is nice, no complaints.

Really low quality horse hair
The reviews made it sound like it would be decent for the price but the hair is so bad that it has no grip even with a high end rosin. You end up having to press down on the bow to get a decent sound and then your hand and arm get tired. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money. I just wanted a back up so I would have a bow to use while mine gets re-haired but it's so bad I hate using it. I will just have to wait until I can afford a better back up bow I guess. if they used decent hair it wouldn't be too bad. It is a little top heavy but usable. It's just the bad hair. It is definitely a get what you pay for situation.

Go ahead and get one
This bow is well balanced ,takes rosin well, and produces a smooth consistent sound. Superb! When you read all the reviews about inexpensive cello sets cellos that say " you will probably need to go ahead and get a better bow" They ain't a-kiddin'. Do it. You'll be glad you did.

Great bow!
Our daughter just started taking cello lessons and needed a replacement bow to go with the used cello we purchased. We looked at re-hairing the wooden bow that came with the cello, but for less money, were able to get this carbon fiber bow instead. Her teacher was so impressed with it that he purchased the violin version for his student loaner!

I’m only a beginner player, just over a year into the cello but I couldn’t get comfortable with my previous bow. I noticed an immediate difference with this carbon fibre bow, and it was great. It’s light, beautifully balanced and much easier for me to get a much better sound. I’m very happy with it.
