The BEST dough I have ever eaten in my lifetime!! Not kidding!
We have been making our own pizza for years and have also enjoyed what we thought was good pizza in restaurants. Until we made a pizza using this dough from New York, we had no idea what we were missing. THE DOUGH is the KEY to awesome pizza. We followed the included directions, unthawed one ball in the refrigerator for 48 hours, put it into a bowl coated with a tiny bit of oil and covered with a tea towel for 4 hours. Then we poked out any air pockets and shaped it on a lightly floured surface. Then we moved it to our lightly floured Pizza paddle and put on the toppings. Let it rest for 45 minutes and they shoveled it onto our pizza stone in our preheated oven at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. The MOST PERFECT and MOST AWESOME TASTING PIZZA WAS THE RESULT! THANK YOU so much for making it possible to have this level of flavor clear out here in Buckeye, Arizona!

Finally.... excellent dough for the family outdoor pizza Fridays
I have tried all sorts of dough out there from frozen grocery stores to local pizza places that will sell dough balls. This was dough popped up during another Amazon search so i thought I would give it a try. It was EXCELLENT. The flavor is good. I wouldn't say it is the best I ever had but it was really good and perfect if you do not want the dough to be the focal point of the pizza. It has good flavor but isn't over powering. The best part of the dough though (why i give it 5 stars) was its workability. I have found all of the frozen to thawed doughs to be a challenge to stretch. Some get hard around the edges when they thaw. Some tear easily. Some end up lumpy in places unless you roll which i hate to do. This dough was PERFECT. I took it out the night before. Let it thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. I then put it on the counter 2 hours before cooking. When we were ready to start making the pizzas the dough was PERFECT. The kids were even trying to spin it... None of them (including the young ones) had any issue stretching it to 14 inch pizzas. Every single one had a good crust. Pizza place quality. There were the air pockets in it the kids loved. It browned perfect on the bottom without burning.First cook (5 doughs) was perfect! So happy with this product!!!!

Best tasting crust!
I was about to give up on my Ooni.. I was using Publix dough, it was awful. I took my chance on this dough, and it was fantastic! The dough itself tastes soooo good! It’s easy to use, and not sticky! Love it! Ordered my second 10 dough balls!

Finally Got the Dough to Rise!
For some reason, I cannot get this to ever rise. I did now just notice that on here it shows it may take up to 48 hours for it to rise (not sure if they recently added that after I had purchased or if it was already listed). So, no I have not let it sit for 48hrs but it has sat for over 4 hours without it ever rising. Since it never rises for me, it makes it hard to work with and then I have to add oil and that makes both the taste and texture off.I think I have made 3 of them so far and I will definitely update if I ever find a way to get it to rise. The pizza crust isn't bad, but it would be a million times better if I could get the dough to rise. Next time I will sit it out in the early morning and see if it rises by 5 or 6pm. Fingers crossed.Price-wise it isn't too horrible (just bad that you are paying all at once) since it works out to a little less than 10 bucks per pizza (then of course the cost of your toppings and sauce). So you could make a pizza for 15 bucks or less depending on your ingredients and how you purchase them (bulk, etc.). Not a bad price for a pizza.I recently just moved somewhere, that there is only 1 NY style pizza place and it is absolutely horrible. They don't deliver, close at 4pm and just a regular sized pizza no extra toppings runs you over 20 bucks (I'm used to places having specials and getting a pizza with toppings for 10 bucks on certain days and it was extremely good pizza). They don't even have any chain NY style pizza places here. So, at first I looked up recipes online to make my own NY style crust. Doesn't turn out perfect but not bad (yeah, I don't have the right oven and have yet to find the perfect sauce). If I can never get this dough here to rise, then I will go back to making my own dough and keep trying until I perfect it. My crust is a hell of a lot better then the nasty pizza joint here.**edit- It appears that they changed the instructions relating to the dough rising (or I just didn't see it before). I now keep it in the bag and leave it out for a day or 2 for it to rise. I still have yet to perfect shaping it and also cooking it (the bottom crust never cooks 100% properly) but it is still pretty damn good. I will keep playing with it.

This dough is like heaven + fast shipping
This is like my 4th purchase, and my old review just copied here when I went to add it. So new, for 2024 is that I'm super super impressed with how fast the shipping was, considering all of the delays I've experienced this Christmas Season.I moved from NY to TX. You can't get what I consider to be "good" Pizza, Italian, Chinese, and Bagels here. I've tried. This dough is heaven on earth.I can only order perishable food between December and March because it's otherwise 100+ degrees here.... so I'm trying to calculate how much to order to get me through the year. I'm totally in love with this dough.

Disappointing on every level
5 pizza crusts later, disappointing on every level, taste, texture included. The crust is often what helps make the pizza the best, but not in this case. Won't be purchasing again
