Your Bones Need This
The 3 mg dosage is what osteoporosis doctors recommend for bone building. It seems boron may be the missing link in building and rebuilding strong bones in the mix of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, collagen and boron. It is hard to get boron in your diet, although prunes are high in boron. This is a small-to-medium-sized pill, oblong shape, that is easy to swallow. This is an inexpensive but high quality brand. I also recommend their liquid calcium, which is much more bio-absorbable than calcium pills.

Great micro supplement for bone health
Easy to swallow, no bitter taste. Read up on Boron and then get this kind.

Good I think
I bought these to help with my immune system. I read that boron helps with that. I don’t feel any different but let’s hope it’s working! No side effects I notice so I’ll finish the bottle at least.

3's a charm
Boron has completely taken the pain away in my knees. I should never stopped using them. It took 2 broken bottle deliveries before the 3rd came protected n not broken. They come in glass bottles, the first 2 in an envelope, they were shattered, the 3 red much more protected. Amazon was so understanding n very sorry n fixed this problem. Thank you

Has magnesium stearate, I switched brands
As do many, many supplements, this has magnesium stearate which is used to help the machine make the capsules but not so great for humans. I know a small amount isn't a big deal, but it can add up. I switched to Pure Thearpro Rx brand also here at Amazon. It is a little higher dose of 5mg and no fillers. Since I started taking boron, I noticed my knees have not been hurting any. Don't know if just coincidence or not, but I'll take it.
