These are great as soon as I put them in my shoes my back felt so much better

It works, provides from medium to soft support.

I have bought 2 pairs of these insoles as they are so impressive. They seem to fit my high arch well and reach a long way into my shoe giving mid-foot metatarsal support padding too. The thing I like the most is that the heel has an oval of extra gel support, which is perfect if you suffer with heel spur pain and plantar fasciitis. Some insoles are quite hard under the heel area and just give arch support. These insoles do it all and hopefully my plantar fasciitis pain will improve soon.

They're just as advertised so we'll pleased.

I bought these as they were cheaper than vionic or strive. They were nicely packaged and look well made. I can't use them as I bought them to go into trainers etc. But the problem I found was they sit too high in the trainers and therefore you are slipping out of trainers which then can be dangerous. I also tried them in a pair of boots and i couldn't get my foot in the boots. So I would recommend you don't buy these. I Couldn't be bothered to send them back. So they are in sitting in a drawer. They need to be slightly thinner, so I am going back to vionic and strive as they fit I my trainers etc perfectly, it doesn't pay to buy cheap as you certainly end up paying out twice, stick to what you know.

They work it was easy to put them in my trainers sandals and a pair in my boots.

True to size.Seems to be serving the purpose for which I bought it.
