(26-28 in.) Traditional, half-polished. This was my first purchase w/HV. The size of this horn came exactly as advertised, the color is okay, a naturally dark grey-brownish color it's nice, although I expected it to be similar to the advertised colored horn, which is lighter in pigment, but its still great. I plan to paint my shofar with some blue/gold highlights to brighten it up. The Horn sounds wonderful and is easy to use-thanks to the instruction(s) that came with and the video you provided online-Thanks! I use it to announce the beginning and ending of my prayer time with the Lord Jesus, Christ! I'm also not Jewish, but love the Jews for giving me my most Precious and Prized gift: My Savior and Lord: Jesus, Christ!!! The Messiah!!! I am a black American woman! I'm new to blowing a shofar and learned that this size is much easier than the smaller ram's horn. While I can get some sound from a smaller horn, this one is by far easier to learn! The horn is beautiful and the mouth area is even beveled out a bit which makes this an easy horn to learn on. While I'd love to support my local Judaica shop, and I will with a larger horn or other items, this is an amazing price for my first shofar!

GREAT QUALITY! WORTH THE MONEY!

Well crafted and it was relatively easy to learn how to successfully blow to get a powerful sound. But like any shofar, it takes practice. I leave it on my dresser in plain sight, to remind me to grab it here and there throughout the day and practice blowing. In the beginning my shofar blowing felt like a whining animal... but with practicing for a few minutes multiple times each day, I can now get a strong sound for up to 15 seconds... and trying for longer.There is a power in the Shofar. It is the sound of victory in our daily battle.

It is absolutely beautiful! I wanted to give 5 stars butit did not come with the cleaner, the “how to” book or the brush , it was not in a fabric bag as pictured. So if you want any of that you will have to buy it separately. The plastic bag it came in was all chewed up like a dog had been chewing on it and there was dirt, strings and fuzz stuck in the glue, it looked like someone attempted to stick it back together but just wadded it up .I realize it says its only the “mouthpiece “ but not where its obvious. By the pictures and the description it seemed like it all came together in a nice bag. It kind of feels deceiving. It is suppose to be a gift but looks like it was a return and someones dog played with it before being boxed up, i am glad i opened it up before gifting it so i could make it look decent.There is also no tag on it or information at all just a nasty chewed up dirty plastic bag. :(

I love this Shofar. It’s truly authentic because it does smell. The smell doesn’t bother me , however I did use the spray to see if it works and it does. The sound is perfect, and it’s not hard to use. The length is perfect too!!!! I would highly recommend this to everyone.
