Excellent quality, heavy bag I bought the 4 piece set my son loves it Would recommend and I’d buy again

Product is great, I did have to purchase decent raw plugs though as the ones supplied were pretty bad and just rotated in the wall. Customer service is great, had to get in touch with them a couple times regarding delivery, as it was meant to arrive 3 or 4 days after purchase, but ended up taking a lot longer due to Evri forstly losing the package (how do you lose a punch bag!?) Then eventually after finding it they told gave me a delivery time slot and didn't turn up, I did eventually get it though. The product itself seems to be really sturdy, decent quality for the price. If you are after something you'd see at a gym or dojo, this isn't quite that, it's a bit softer than most, but still really good for home use.

Good for a non tough guy full swings folds in half but still good value for money possible to reinforce it.... I still recommend for teens women and men that are not bare knuckle trained growing up.

Listing says filled weight 25kg- actual filled weight is only 17.6kg Boxing mitts are tiny child size- definitly not for an Adult. No instructions supplied for the Frame Frame packaging and headline for listing says suitable to hang maximum weight of 100Ibs - about 45kg where as maximum weight of bag when correctly filled says 50-60kg. Further om listing says 100kg so take your pick? Delivery left in mud with damaged packaging not where they said it was left so had to go out and hunt for it.

Instructions say you need a 10mm masonry drill bit, so I went and purchased one. Guess what, its a 12mm you need so that was £7.48 wasted plus the time to go back and forth to B&Q. Then one of the raw bolts literally fell apart. So again more time wasted going back to B&Q and another £7.68 wasted. Finally got the bracket fixed into place and time to hang the bag, o no, the D Shackle bolt would not tighten up, more money and time wasted.......................... Update 24th Nov 2024: Whilst I was disappointed with the fixing kit, I feel it only fair to update the review. Once I posted the review their customer service team did reach out to me. They listened to the challenges i had faced and refunded the extra costs I had incurred. I was not expecting this and it is a measure of a good company and great customer service when companies do the right thing. last update, having been using the bag daily and it is perfect.
