Works perfectly
My Dodge Durango 5.9 was dead in the water. Had to be towed home. I remembered on my Dakota I had that it had the coil die on it. So I got this and truck fired right up what a sigh of relief

Better than Accel
I had a tired coil and installed a aftermarket bright yellow Accel brand on my 99 Dodge Ram. It was okay for awhile but was short lived by loss of power and crappy mileage. This Delphi Coil woke up the beast. BOOM BABY!!

Good coil for a cheap price.
Easy as they come. Depending on where your ignition coil is situated on your car it is usually just removing the two mounting bolts and unplugging the do-dads from both ends. Engine sparks to life just as it should.

Good quality, but tough R & R
Looked to be very good quality. A bit different in appearance to OEM, but is very good. Worked well too. On my 98 XJ Cherokee, installation was very very difficult.....due to most the engine ground wires are mounted to somewhat rusty, locktite-ed, fine threaded locknuts on studded bolts that secure coil brkt to engine block. Had to cut them all to remove coil and brkt assy.

Great fit for my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ
Great fit for my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I noticed the factory coil did have a thick plastic case shielding it, but this one does not. Other than that it seems very well built and more than capable of handling needs. So far so good, had it on for a few months now and running well.

Solved the Dodge engine surge at 1900 RPM
My Durango had a weird surge/hesitation at around 1900 RPM. I tried replacing several items including the TPS, but that did not solve the issue. I talked to the guy who built my transmission and he said it was the coil and this is a normal item to replace in the Dodge. It worked and has been fine for several months now.
