I have a solo ranger with a ring stand. I have a deck made of composite (trex?). Will this work with that setup?

I also have that set up and use it on my toy hauler back door in patio position. I have rubber matting on surface and have had blazing fires in solo...absolutely cool and normal under mat no distortion of rubber.

Will this work with fire stove inside tent?

This will work perfectly in a tent. As long as stove is not in direct contact with mat and has at least 4 inches of clearance between this mat will protect from heat damage. I have had coals drop onto mat with minimal damage to mat and none underneath by time coal was put back.

The description says to put the black side up, but every picture has the white side up. Which is correct?

two side is fireproof, as black side is easy clean and waterproof, so put had better put the black side up.
