This is the best nasal spray I have found. It unstuffs my nose almost instantly and keeps working. Cost more than other brands but well worth the money.

WORKS! Wow I was surprised how fast and well this works. You know how when you keep blowing your nose and then your nose becomes stuffed up and you can’t breathe at all. Used two sprays each nostril will fix it immediately. Now I can breathe with relief and don’t have swollen sinuses.. AMAZING. Will definitely bring this on a trip. This can only be used every 12 hours so I put it on my phone calendar to remember when I took it.

I only recently discovered this product, and wow—I wish I had found it sooner. I had a really bad cold and my nose was so blocked I was breathing through my mouth all night, which totally dried out my throat. I tried this spray and within moments, my nose was completely clear! Super impressed. Just a heads-up: don’t use it longer than the recommended time—it really works, but you can become dependent on it. Awesome stuff when used as directed!

I have used Sinex spray and was my "go-to" for years for nasal congestion, especially when waking up from a clogged nose. I tried this product and quite frankly, was most impressed by the dispenser... it seemed to push out a more accurate dose with each press. Both products have the same "active" ingredient (Oxymetazoline Hydracloride 0.05% Nasal Decongestant) however Mucinex has quite a bit more inactive ingredients and in particular, menthol and Eucalyptol, and camphor. I seem to do better for longer and I don't seem to have as bad rebound. Also, I have had some bad side effects from the Sinex that don't seem to be present with Mucinex... specifically, post nasal drip that can last for days leading to cough. My doctors instruct Both products should not be overused or used daily as they can cause more stuffiness when they wear off, and could also increase blood pressure.

I am a repeat buyer of this item. The product itself is great, however, it was next to impossible to open. The cap design has changed. I had to use pliers to open the cap! I understand the initiative to protect children from opening medication, but this is ridiculous! Please redesign the cap or return to original design. This is why I gave four stars and not five.

Order this every month. Works wonders on my morning stuffy nose. Results last all day.

Not on-contact relief. Took abt 20 min to work. But lasted all night. Works great!
