Great Item, Unclear Instructions
After wearing this a few times you feel your posture change. It's comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. It does seem to be helping to relieve the herniated disc pain in my lower back. The pain isn't gone, but it is better. The corrector is made from quality material, easy to use, and does seem to do as it promises. My only complaint, such as it were, and the reason for it not getting five stars is the lack of instruction. All I received was something like "don't wear it more than five minutes a day to start." After that there's no clear guidance on how long to wear it or when to stop. Do I gradually increase the time each day? Do I wear it forever or only a few weeks? Am I always going to need it? I don't know. Maybe I missed the directions somewhere, but I don't think I did. Other than that I believe this item is solid and would recommend it. Moving to 5 star as the seller contacted me with the instructions and is working to update them on the website and product sheet.

Too painful to wear initially
While the VANRORA Posture Corrector does help you to stand and sit more erect, the under-arm chafing makes it painful to wear, and if you can't wear it, what is the point? Just so you know, this does not CAUSE you to correct your posture automatically...it creates pressure that reminds you to stand/sit more erect. But you are still able to slouch when wearing this support. Just a warning if you are looking for a cure for your bad posture. You have to be willing to work with this product. I ordered this product even after reading all of the reviews that commented on the chafing under the arms. Initially, I could only wear this support for 15-30 minutes. Now, if I have several layers of clothing under the support, I can wear it for a couple of hours a day. Has it helped me and my posture? Yes. I've worked with this support for a couple of weeks now, and my muscle memory is now changing over from perpetually slouching to standing and sitting more erect (even when I am not wearing this support), and I am very thankful for this! I wish I could have given it a better rating, but their product information doesn't tell the whole story and makes too many promises that aren't true. If you are looking for a brace/support to remind you to stop slouching, and you have a high pain tolerance, and patience, this item is for you. I was going to return this item initially, but instead chose to continue trying it out and working with it. While I'm not overly happy with this product, it has caused me to improve my posture, and for that reason alone I won't be returning it. (Unless it fails physically in the next couple of weeks.)

Brilliant Design!
I have purchased and returned different posture support items in the last few weeks. It only had the underarm straps and did not have a strap around the waist. It kept sliding up and didn't stay down at the correct position. I wasn't very happy. Though it was a bit more expensive I purchased a VANRORA Posture Corrector to give another try on a posture corrector. What a difference! The strap around the waist works for the problem I had with the other one. It stays at the right position and gives a good/steady correction on my back. The strap is also is adjustable, so I can wear it at comfortable tightness. Also, the width of the waist strap is just right so that I can wear it comfortably around my waist. The two support bars provide great back support yet hardly noticeable. I wear it for a couple of hours a day when I am working at my computer. I really feel the difference the minute I wear the VARORA posture corrector, that my back hunched back is given a good correction (yet not uncomfortable). I am 5'2" and works perfectly.

Releived my back pain but not made well!!
Had this for almost a month. It relieved my back pain but it hurt to wear. The straps are a little too wide making them overlap to the armpit area making it painful to wear. I had to keep readjusting it to stay completely aligned by my boob area so it wouldn’t hurt. Then the are two plastic braces in the back that go inside two pockets I guess for the back support. They aren’t enclosed so they constantly fell out after I took tit off. Then my kids found one of them and thought it was a toy and now I can’t find it lol I don’t know why the makers just didn’t enclose them so they’d be protected. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I Feel Badass!
First review I've ever done through Amazon... Initially I was skeptical...I'm a student, dental assistant and overall slouch potato. It was getting to the point where I needed to really focus on my posture, so I (of course) turned to The Amazon. After going through a few selections and reading the different reviews, I discovered the Vanrora brand. It had great reviews, it was in a decent price range, and I figured "why the hell not?" Once it arrived, I strapped that baby on and felt like Han friggin' Solo! With boobs. It was comfortable for the most part, the only thing I would give a heads up on would be the straps under your arms--those do tend to dig in after an extended period of time. I have definitely noticed a difference in my posture and how I carry myself, and it's great when I'm working out. It helps me to use my core muscles, rather than hunch over. Plus, you just feel like a badass secret agent. No gun holsters, but still fun to walk around with water guns and snipe your roommates! Definitely recommend!

Posture corrector for PD
I ordered this posture corrector to help ease the pain of doing household chores and am happy with it so far. I have Parkinson's disease and Osteoporosis and my back pain and stooped shoulders caused problems when I tried to do any type of work for more than a few minutes. I usually have to rest after a few minutes of work and hopefully this posture corrector and the lumbar back brace I ordered will relieve much of the pain so I spend more time doing my household chores and the hobbies I love to do. The Vanrora Posture Corrector has straps and elastic bands that you can adjust for fit around the chest area and under the arms. I especially like the straps under the arms which can be moved further under the arm or further up on the shoulder for a comfortable fit in this area. My main concern about ordering this type of brace was that it would be tight under the arm pit, but this one is easy to adjust so you don't have that problem. There are two strong metal strips in the back that keep the back straight if adjusted for a tight fit. It can be hard to find the right adjustment but it can be done by tightening the two different chest bands and moving the shoulder pads and the strap to a comfortable area. This is not the best way to handle my problems but until I can afford a solution it works fine.

Pinches underarm & cuts off circulation
I am a tall and thin person, I purchased the size s/m. I have a hypermobility disorder and UCS (upper cross syndrome) and I was hoping this would help 'remind' me to keep my posture in check. No matter how loose or tight I set any of the straps, the shoulder straps are very painful and immediately cut off the circulation in my arms. The extra pieces that (I assume) are supposed to pull the straps away from your underarm are far too long and only make the strap curl up, which makes the pressure from the shoulder straps even worse. -- I've tried adjusting all the straps in many different ways, and placement for all of them; even when I made it as loose as possible, which did nothing for my posture, it STILL hurt and cut off circulation in the underarm area. My measurements : 30" underbust (where the "waist band" actually naturally sits) 26" waist (if you pull it tight enough it'll stay under your ribcage) 38" bust 18" shoulder to shoulder The product IS very well made, and nice quality. The front straps that slide on the shoulder strap need to be adjustable. (I am going to sew them smaller and that should help with the underarm pinching)

Very helpful support for posture
I ordered VANRORA Posture Corrector Back Brace in S/M to fit my trim husband. He is 79 and active, but he is tending to lean, shoulders hunched forward. This can affect balance. He wears the brace every day - a bit longer each day. It's helping him to remember to stand straighter, shoulders back. I tried the brace on my "ample" frame using the Extender and other adjustments. It really helps me too. My right hand gets pins/needles feeling a lot- impingement from my shoulders hunching over I guess. Wearing his brace is helping my posture and reducing that annoying feeling. Others have mentioned discomfort under the arms, there are sliding pads on it to help with that, wearing it over clothes helps, also use a soft thick sock folded in half if needed. Not an issue to us. I'd like to get my own brace and quit borrowing his!! We HIGHLY recommend this brace. Worth every cent. (be sure to check the coupon box to get $10 off!)
