I have been using these sage tablets since summer. After experiencing debilitating hot flashes multiple times a day despite being on estrogen/progesterone I was desperate for some relief so began reading about natural supplements. I decided to try these tablets as my first option and have not needed to try anything else. I have found that daily use is essential. It is also necessary to be patient as the tablets work slowly but steadily.. I am free of night sweats and typically have hot flashes only after I’ve been exercising hard or it’s extremely hot and humid, but they are shorter and less disabling. What a godsend to have these tablets to support me in perimenopause. I have not noticed side effects.

If you are going through menopause and hot flashes are plaguing you, BUY THIS! I was having one to two flashes per hour and waking up every couple hours to remove and replace blankets. Not to mention, the awkwardness of holding a conversation with someone and suddenly having sweat roll off my face. Embarrassing! I tried black cohosh, and it did absolutely nothing for me. I figured menoforce was a waste of money also, but why not try? I was desperate! Within 4 days I started noticing a definite difference. Within 10 days, the flashes were reduced to about 2 times per day, no sweating involved. Just a slight warming sensation. I no longer wake up during the night. Everyone's body is different, but if youre struggling, give it a try. I cannot say enough good things about the relief I feel since starting these.

I hesitate to even say it, but after struggling for several years, with various products that seem to work for a while and then quit working, I got an AI recommendation of this product, and partnering it with magnesium has really helped me at night. The only slight complaint is that several of the pills arrived broken, so I have to piece them together for a dose, but that's easily overlooked if it continues to work. Also, I reached out to the company to ask about thujone content, and they said it is miniscule and safe, which is very reassuring. I am excited to continue to take this.

So glad I found Menoforce Sage Tablets. They are the best sage tablets available at the highest concentration. It worked for me significantly after a few weeks. Totally got rid of ALL hot flashes. Reduced my night sweats, although I still get them sometimes. More tips for you ladies going through the same thing: I also take Evening Primrose Oil by Nature's Way 3x per day and DIM. This combination makes me feel like my old (younger) self:-)

I've been searching for something natural to help with hot flashes. I've been taking them about a month, and I notice a huge reduction in hot flashes. I take one tablet around 5pm; this helps me sleep better with little to no hot flashes and night sweats.

Es gibt sicher günstigere Alternativen ..... aber nur die Bioforce Tabletten versprechen Abhilfe. Die haben eben ihren Preis. Merkwürdig wie man ein Schweizerprodukt über England günstiger bekommt, brauchte 2 Wochen für den Versand. Kaufempfehlung

Came off HRT because of hot flushes these are brilliant 👏 noticed the difference with the 1st week. Few mild girly cramps but I can deal with that. These are definitely worth a try 😉👍

In der ersten Woche habe ich keinerlei Besserung bemerkt. In der 2. Woche dachte ich schon, dass die Hitzewallungen noch schlimmer geworden wären: Schweißbildung überall! tagsüber alle 50 Minuten! Nachts mind. 3 x aufgewacht und geschwitzt. Nach 2 1/2 Wochen plötzlich von einem Tag auf den anderen wurde es besser, der Schweiß rann lange nicht mehr so stark. Nach 3 Wochen war es schon deutlich besser und auch die Häufigkeit der Hitzeattacken war deutlich reduziert. Nach 3 1/2 Wochen war nur noch hin und wieder unterschwellig das Gefühl bemerkbar, dass jetzt wieder eine Hitzewallung aufkommen würde - ausgebrochen ist sie nicht mehr. Und nun, nach gut 4 Wochen, gehören sie komplett der Vergangenheit an und ich kann sogar wieder durchschlafen. Hallelujah!!! Ein Segen.
