Substandard quality
The media could not be loaded. The chair was delivered with a damaged wheel-base. We found this out once the assembly technician unpacked the box in our presence. We wanted to return the chair at that time and claim a refund. The assembly delivery person, Shambhu, offered to do the needful, however submitted a request for replacement instead of a return. Please help us to return the item.

Good Chair for WFH
Bought this chair a few days back. Initially I was skeptical to buy any chair online. However, I still browsed though many read reviews and finally freezed on this. I should acknowledge that this chair is quite good for this price. The best part is the quick and prompt customer service at any point of time. What wins any business is the customer service after sales. This reflects on the company and their seriousness to deliver best product to the cusotmer. I am happy.

Pretty average chair !
Its pretty cheap as compared to rest ergonomic chair so i shouldn't compare with rest of them. It does the job pretty well if you're looking for an easy to assemble WFH chair.Ease of assembly : Took me 10 minutes to assemble and remove all the plastic off it.Back rest : It would be well above what I was expectingHand rest : I knew what i was getting into when i was buying it. I am someone who puts both of his forearms on the table while working so for me these are not much of use while working. But seems to be decent back curve to support hand restsSeat cushioining : Now, this is worst part of the product. For someone who would be sitting somewhere 6-9 hours on chair, the cushioning feels like hard as a board. Cant' really complain too much at this price, but a good cushion might have changed the game. I will most probably get another product so that my bottoms are spared.Movement : Pretty swift. Certainly not like my previous chair which made movement hell for me.Adjustment : So far looks good. Time will tell the actual testament for this as these chair tend to loose their performance post 6-9 month period.
