High Protein, Good Flavor, Not too Gritty
This is one of my favorite new protein powders. Mostly because of how much protein it has compared to quite a few other protein powders I've used. Flavor is pretty good, too. I've been using this for more than just smoothies, I made pancakes, muffins, and chia pudding with it, using almost a full scoop for the pancakes and muffins and it didn't make them come out gritty or too dense.

Bad taste and may cause cramping in some people due to Stevia.
I was really excited to try this product. It came recommended to me by my Dietician. I’ve been using it for 2 days now. The after taste is really pretty bad. I noticed I was getting cramping shortly after drinking it...it’s the stevia they put into it. If you don’t enjoy bad tasting protein powders- this product isn’t for you.

Great ingredients!
I really love the ingredients and love that this is plant-based, with a whopping 30 grams of protein per serving. It gave me a very noticeable boost of energy when taking it after my workout. The French Vanilla was a little chalky tasting when mixed with water - better to blend it with a banana or some other flavors. But overall this is a great product - I recommend it.

Not my favorite due to taste :(
I thought I would like this based on the ingredients. I typically like any powders without added greens (like spirulina). However, this was definitely not my favorite, although it is tolerable. Here is my review...Pros:-vegan!-I loved the large scoops- they were not skimpy to make it seem like there were more servings in the container-the container was actually decently full- a rarity amongst powders-complete protein source-sweetened with stevia and no sugar-high protein per calories-mixed good- even in oatmealCons:-TASTE: it wasn't very sweet and didn't have a strong flavor- mediocre at best-I hated the container- the label is plastic wrapped and not a sticker so it was constantly falling off

Almost equal to Vega; decent but mostly just pea protein
If you're used to Vega pea protein, this is very similar. It has a hint of flavor and some sweetness but it's mostly pea protein with all the flavor and texture of pea protein. The ingredients are very similar to Vega as well as its mixing/textural attributes. Actually, I would say this is superior to Vega brand in that it utilizes organic fermented pea protein as to opposed to commonly processed pea protein. The fermentation helps with bioavailability and digestion and organic is a little bit healthier as far as avoiding pesticide and chemical residues. So the quality of ingredients exceeds other common vegan brands for a competitive price. This doesn't have an appreciable amount of things like beetroot, quercetin, green banana, etc, to really merit calling it superfood-packed or extremely nutritious. Those added ingredients are nice to see on the label but just aren't in a potent enough amount to make any difference for your health. It just gives the company an excuse to mark up the price. Mostly, you're getting sweetened and flavored pea protein, that's it.I'm used to vegan protein so the flavor and texture is fine to me. If you're picky about your food and used to cheap whey or junk food, I'm sure this will taste "healthy" to you but to me, it makes a satisfying and enjoyable shake. One negative thing I will say is this: "organic flavors" is listed in the ingredients before every other beneficial ingredient besides the actual base of pea and rice protein. There are more undeclared mystery flavoring agents in this than real cinnamon, stevia, etc. Vega brand does the same thing and very few brands don't do this. "Natural flavors" can legally include hundreds of lab-synthesized chemicals that are not natural in the definition you and I think of. It's sad that so many companies can get away with not telling us what's actually in stuff like this just because consumers want something that tastes like ice cream.Positive: I like that the tub is full to the top rather than wasting a ton of plastic like other common brands do.Mixes easily without a blender if necessary.

Earthy but jammed backed with goodness
You definitely get that earthy pea protein flavor with this and the vanilla is very subtle. Surprisingly, though the other ingredients which would typically have a very strong flavor (cherry, pepper, beets, cinnamon) don't overwhelm and it's a mild, neutral taste. You can mix it with plenty of other stuff and it will complement well. The 30g of protein per scoop is 50% more than most protein shakes I've tried and that's great. Pea is obviously a protein rich veggie. This mix also provides with some serious BCAA (whatever those are) and glutamines. It's low fat, which doesn't impress, but also very low sugar, which is great. They use the most natural sweetener (stevia) and it doesn't overwhelm the taste, so that's great.

Delicious Vanilla Cinnamon Shake
This review is for the "French Vanilla" flavor which should probably be called Vanilla Cinnamon. It's an excellent vegan protein shake that blends smoothly and tastes great. When blended with almond milk the flavor is reminiscent of horchata, creamy vanilla with just the right amount of sweetness and background of cinnamon.Simple, clean ingredients. Everything in this is organic. The pea protein is sprouted which may help with digestion and absorption.Unlike a lot of other protein shake powders that come in large packaging, this one is filled right up to the top. No wasted materials.Good stuff, highly recommended.
