I bought this jump starter in July 2023 and used it a number of times since on various vehicles. The force start function is very nice, it holds a charge for a long time and is surprisingly powerful. Had no problem jump starting my diesel tractor in freezing temps as well as any car/truck I tried it on. I'm writing this review because of the awesome customer service though. Recently I tried to use the jump starter and it was completely dead despite having a partial charge when last stored. I tried charging it with multiple chargers for a few days but it was dead with no sign of life. I emailed Hulkman to ask if there was a hidden fuse or circuit breaker and got a quick response asking me to send a video clip of the unit. After sending a video clip, they responded saying my unit has most likely failed. The Alpha 65 was not in stock so they offered to send me a new slightly more powerful unit or an amazon credit toward a new unit of my choice. I opted for the new unit and it arrived free of charge in a few days. I thought the warranty was only two years and I was just outside the coverage period by a month or two so this was a welcome surprise. I have two Hulkman jump starters and will continue to recommend & use them because they're well built and in the unlikely event of a malfunction, their customer service is incredible.

This a great item and has paid for itself already. I bought my first one, (yes, I now own 2. One for each vehicle) before a trip where I was leaving my vehicle in a long term parking facility while traveling by air. I was concerned that the vehicle camera would drain the battery even though it’s programmed to prevent this. Call it a backup plan. Well, we did not need it. We did drop our other vehicle off to be serviced while we were gone and arrived to a dead battery due to lights left on. Use this to jump the car and fired right up from a battery that would only make the starter click. After the jump the capacity on the Hulkman only dropped to 97% so this has plenty of jumps before a charge is needed. I bought the fast charger for home and a carry case to keep the hulkman and its accessories together in same unit. I call it cheap security. Not to mention since it has usb c port, makes a handy charger for phones etc when you’re far from power or it goes out. Built like a tank and well made, the first time you use it to save yourself from being stranded, you’ll be thankful you bought this. I looked at a lot of other models but I settled on this one for the build quality, the reviews and functionality. It’s a good one. No issues even starting my 5.0L V8 F150. It just did not care and easily started it. Like I said, it’s already paid for itself and why I bought one for our other vehicle. You’ll be happy with this one.

I purchased this unit almost 5 years ago and had to use it multiple times over the years. I can't tell you how amazing it is. It holds a charge for a very long time --I've found I only need to top it off every 3-6 months (or after a jump). It worked flawlessly in jumping my battery and others on several occasions. Not only is it nice to have for your peace of mind but I love being able to help others that need a jump. This product has been time tested and still continues to perform. Completely worth the money!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Outstanding jump starter. Easily starts large engines (up to 8.5L gas / 6.0L diesel), even with a completely dead battery thanks to BOOST mode. Bright display shows exact battery %, voltage check, 10 safety protections (reverse polarity, short circuit, etc.). Very compact, premium matte finish, powerful 400-lumen flashlight, and doubles as a solid 20,000 mAh power bank. Best value in its class. 100% recommended – stays in my car permanently.

I've been using this for a little less than a year. I've used it several times as a jump starter and a lot as a battery bank. It's easily one of the best-built jump starter packs out there are justifies its price. The case is solid, the cables are high quality and it delivers on its promises. Here are a few of the ways I've used it. Jump starter: A 500 CC ATV (a lot) Several car engines from 2.0 to 4.7 liters. A 6.2-liter boat. 12V output: The DC output will handle some pretty meaty loads. I tested it with my ARB fridge and it handles it just fine, but only for about an hour. 90 Watt 12v to USB-C Charger. lots and lots of little projects like fans, and microcontrollers. USB: Phones tablets chromebooks MacBook Other Batteries (Anker Powerhouse II) NOTE: This model maxes out at 18 Watts output for USB-C but it will still put that amount of power into most USB-C computers like my MacBook and chromebook. It extends the runtime of my computer significantly, though it will still discharge the computer in use. Things I like: It's actually the thing people want from one of these devices - a reliable and durable jump starter and battery pack. Mine has seen real use and its still 100% minus cosmetic blemishes. Honestly this should be the minimum standard for this type of device, but I've had a few and this is the first one that actually meets the bar. I like that it has USB-C in/out. I can charge it with and charger I have and it supplies most of my usb needs. The speed charger is FAST. 60+ watts get's it fully charged in about an hour. Things I don't like: No case. Just a little crappy case or bag would be nice. The % display is inaccurate. It doesn't load compensate so you can go from 100% to 94% in a few seconds of putting on a load, and when you remove the load it will go back to 100%. I'm not sure I'm getting all the rated watt/hr. Seems a little light in my testing, but it's close. It's certainly enough for what it is. The fast charger is a special standard (16.8V/3.8A) and not a USB-c standard like PD so it ONLY fast charges on AC no matter what high-powered USB-C input you use. My USB tester doesn't even recognize the signal and it won't pass it on so I can't test it in speed mode. Honestly, if the input was USB-C PD at a full 60 watts in/out and came with a case this unit would be damn near perfect.

Me a salvado en 3 Ocasiones, me arrancó 3 coches Gasoil sin ningún tipo de problema con las baterias totalmente muertas, me gusta la calidad del arrancador y de sus accesorios, pinzas, cables de carga etc lo recomiendo 100%100 sin ninguna duda

Wow. This thing is amazing. It arrived with a 67% charge and I immediately tried it on my 1.9 diesel Zafira which was completely and utterly dead. Didn't even have enough power to manage the central locking. I switched my Hulkman on, connected the jumpers and turned the key. It started immediately. The charge on the Hulkman fell to 64%. Amazing. I've now charged it up to 100% via its USB-C and it took about 40 minutes. Definitely recommend. Wish I'd bought one sooner.

Prodotto incredibile ottima fattura , plastiche e solidita' e robustezza .... non credevo ! Devo testarlo (spero di no ! ) ma dai vari video su youtube e dai vari commenti qui su amazon pare sia davvero uno dei pochi che funziona davvero e avvia un auto , anche SENZA la batteria , pazzesco ! Praticamente sono 4 batterie al LITIO da ben 5.000 A per appunto un totale come dichiarato dal produttore di ben 2.000 A ! ACCESSORI in dotazione anche quelli al TOP , 2 robusti cavi con coccodrilli , suo alimentatore caricatore e addirittura una femmina a 12V per caricare o usarlo per i vari accessori a 12 volt usabili sull'auto , fico ! Puo caricare uno smartphone ... quindi fa anche da Powerbank . Torcia a LED classica con varie possibilita' fissa varie luminosita' , lampeggiante , strobo e pure ROSSO lampeggiante , bello ! Che dire designer e progetto Americano ma Made in Cina , ma ripeto prodotto al top . PRO : - Solido e valido dovrebbe consentireben 3 avviamenti . - Torcia a Led con varie opzioni - Carica smartphone (powerbank) - uscita 12V per accessori in auto (comodo) CONTRO : - cavi un po' corti (ma forse meglio cosi per la caduta di tensione ! ) - GRAVE visto il costo .... manca una sua custodia in vendita a oltre 35 auro !!!! che dire stra' contento e ....
