MusicNomad Precision Truss Rod Neck Relief Gauge Tool (MN600)
I was surprised at how small it was. HOWEVER, it works very well as it purports and the size is convenient for carrying in your case or gig bag. The Music Nomad video about how oily other gauges from tool sellers is not an exaggeration. This does the job, the white on black is very easy on the eyes, it's not oily, and IMO it's great for checking neck relief and making adjustments as needed. It looks to be durable and I'm am more than pleased with it, its use, and the measurement accuracy. Simple to use. They even give you a "pick capo" which is really just a pick that works well to hold down the strings at the first fret to free your hand to hold, touch at other (e.g. 6th or 12th fret) and make adjustments as needed while holding the guitar in playing position which is the proper way to check.

Takes out all the guess work.
Perfect for setting your action. The reminders etched on the tool, on exactly how to adjust your truss rod are a great touch. A tad pricey but worth the satisfaction of a properly adjusted guitar.

ANOTHER Great Music Nomad Product!
I’ve acquired a few Music Nomad products over the years. They are an American owned company, and the owner Rand, is still very involved with their success. This neck relief gauge is a great addition to my collection. Many people online and different Facebook guitar groups have suggested many different ways to get the correct neck relief on your guitar. I have even posted a procedure using a business card at the 7th fret I learned from my local luthier. This is So Much Better! The Pick Capo is a brilliant idea and having just three feeler gauges to select from makes it easy to use. You just follow the instructions on the gauge set and Viola, all done. A standard set of feller gauges has a bunch to find the right one and some sets have an oil on them to keep them from rusting I guess. Any product from Music Nomad will meet your needs and They stand behind them too. The picture doesn’t even show all of what I have to help setup and maintain my guitars.

Very convenient
Nice tool to have so I don’t have to do neck relief by feel and trial/error. Works great. No grease. Nice and clean and precise.

Probably overpriced, but oh well
You can get a whole lot more feeler gauges for a whole lot less money. I will say that, since I only setup my guitars a couple times a year it's nice to have a reminder of how to use this written right on the product.

Very good to have
I am so glad I purchased this and a few other MusicNomad products. I also found the MusicNomad setup videos and now I set my guitars up myself. Just the way I like them. This is a very good, well made product. As all of MusicNomad products are. Be aware it is a small item so consider the kit with this and radius gauges which has a carrying case.
