Q: what is the "L" in L-Glutamine?

L-amino acidsAmino acids can exist in two forms, the D-form (dextrorotary) and the L-form (levorotary, the mirror image of the D-form). The D-form is not used by the body and can often be harmful or toxic. Only the L-form is used by the body.It is therefore important to be careful when discussing amino acids on a high level: one might neglect to specify an L-amino acid and merely refer to arginine, for example. Q: Is this product "flavorless" where I can mix it with my protein shake?

It is pretty much flavorless, with a faint clay-ish or chalky taste. I believe other flavors in your protein shake would completely cover any flavor from the L-glutamine.

Q: Where is this from? i see that now's creatine has been blocked bc of quality issues (it is from china)
