Excellent keyboard protector, it's exactly what I needed. The one I had was purchased three years ago, so I needed a new one. This protector fits perfectly and arrived within a great time frame. What I didn’t like was that it came folded in half, since this type of keyboard material is quite fragile. When it's folded and then placed on the keyboard, it ends up with a kind of bump or raised area. But other than that, everything was great.

I bought this after (of course _after_) a waiter spilled a drink on my MacBook Air and I had to spend ages cleaning out the keyboard. This cover is easy to install; it grips the keyboard nicely, with a hole for the Touch ID button, and it protects against spills and dust. It makes typing a little quieter, and it does make the keyboard feel a bit "rubbery" but overall it doesn't impact my typing experience terribly much. The backlighting shines through just fine, though for whatever reason the Caps Lock LED seems to be slightly less visible (maybe it's an angle thing) when the key cover is installed. Overall a good investment if you use your MacBook close to spillable things :)

This is a great, inexpensive cover that fits my m1 MacBook keyboard perfectly. That said....I've gone through two of them now. I use my MacBook for work and over the course of about two months, the cover gets pretty worn and stretched. At the two month point, letters are worn off most of the keys and the middle of the cover begins to not settle down on the keyboard flat anymore since the material is stretching.So just be aware that these are great covers, but they really don't last long if you are a regular user of your MacBook keyboard. I'm a teacher if that tells you anything about my use.

fits perfectly and does the job intended

I eat around my laptop a lot. This saves me from dirtying my keyboard and making it all greasy. No more struggling to get crumbs out of the cracks of the keys. All you do is lay it on your keyboard. The black is nice because it just blends in. Wish the light for the keys went through, but it doesn't. Makes it hard to see the keys when using my laptop at night or in the dark. It feels nice when typing with it on. It's not really thin has a nice thickness for protections.

Feel in love with the color and the softness of this cover :), it feels amazing under my finger tips plus it was super easy to put on and if you want to take it oof too but why would you? It makes my keyboard looks clean and super cute!

Does silence my keys well enough! The only problems are that it blocks my keyboard light and sometimes I'll have to press a key twice now (I guess i have to press the keys harder).Edit: the company reached out and they were super nice and easy about giving a refund
