My daughter loves this bed! She is almost 5' tall ! This bed is s nice large size. I am glad it turned out to be a great bed. I thought it would be too small or uncomfortable. She loves it. We can both fit in it comfortably.

My daughter loves this mattress and the original customer service WAS outstanding. I had gotten prompt responses to my questions and old fashioned customer service. We were impressed and satisfied but that was before the mattress started to come apart. Disheartening when you spend this kind of money and your child is so happy and excited.Less than 12 days after we got the mattress. the tooth area was separating from the item and had a hole in it which will only get worse with use.My daughter is a very gentle child who is careful her belongings. It was used with more care than normal use and for what it was advertised for.When I sent note off to the seller I was told it must have been used in a manner not advertised when it was used exactly for what is advertised for and in a more gentle manner than for what it is shown being used for. I was told that a message was being sent to the boss, whom I've still never heard from.I was told I could also try to sew it and or I could send $50 for a new cover, which is great, except that's more money out of pocket when I've already spent over $250.I have not heard from anyone since my reply to Wildwalk after their suggestions above. They have disappeared.I'm very disappointed that my daughter's new bed that she was so excited about getting and had less than two weeks began to come apart. And then to have customer service and contact with the company/seller vanish. This is too much money to spend to have it fall apart so quickly and while using it as intended and with my daughter being so careful with it.I also had several friends and family members interested in purchasing a Totoro mattress but have now had to tell them it isn't made well for it's intended use as advertised. And that when there is an issue with the quality of the product, customer service isn't helpful, asks for more money to make it right and then disappears. Be wary.
