It should be applied to dry hair once a day or twice a day upto 1ml ( 8 sprays) per day. You may massage after spraying it but ensure to wash the hands after massaging. Ideally it is preferred to apply at night as the product will get more time to act on the scalp. But one can apply anytime of the day. Washing the hair in the morning is not required.
