Easy reference for my badge when I have to chart dermatosis on an epidural every hour!

Since I don't have to think about the dermatones very often, it is a great tool to have and refer to when someone is c/o pain in addition to numbness/tingling, etc. Using critical thinking it helps you determine other areas/ways to assess the issue as described by the patient. And who knows, maybe one day I will move to the OR or recovery unit and having already had this will make the transition a little easier?! Would be nice if the hole was made on the side for landscape than on the end for portrait so it fit nice behind my badge, but it will work out.

Be careful to check your packaging if you order this with other items. I almost threw them out!! They are thin and slightly smaller than our Aussie credit cards. No issue fitting into card holders. Text easy to read and great reference for on the go.
