Samsung Note 10 Plus Verizon Aura White 256GB (Renewed)

The phone arrived in like-new condition! This was a cautionary purchase for me because I've never considered purchasing a phone through a 3rd party before, I usually just bought it straight from the carrier itself. But my concerns were relieved upon receiving this phone! The phone was visually flawless, screen was perfect, and was the exact model as advertised. The phone is lightning fast and the battery life has been incredible thus far, and that's even after adding a bunch of apps I normally use. There a lot of cool features using the S Pen and multitasking. My only major issue is with the fingerprint reader. I want to note I am using a special screen protector with this (one that includes a special fingerprint spot), so you may not run into this if you don't use a protector. But the fingerprint scanner frequently fails in this setup, so it may not be a good security solution for you if you run a similar setup. This particular phone did NOT come with a SIM card, and it's pre-programed for Verizon as advertised. If you are upgrading from 4G to 5G, you will need to contact Verizon to get an upgraded SIM card either mailed to you or you can go to a Verizon center to pick one up. If not, you will still need to contact them to switch the SIM cards from your old phone to your new one. It's a fairly quick process either way. I will say that even though I have upgraded to a 5G SIM card, my phone is still only receiving a 4G LTE signal in my area. Verizon states that this phone is NOT 5G Nationwide compatible, which means this phone will not connect to the mainstream 5G signal that currently exists, but rather depends on the higher band 5G UW that is not yet as accessible. Something to know before making this purchase. All in all, I love the phone. This blows my former phone away by several miles. Previously had an S6 Edge+

I bought a this renewed note 10 + it did say in the description there might be scuff marks. I am happy to say the screen and glass on the back are new. The mettle on the top, bottom, and sides is scuffed up. That is the only way you can tell it is a used phone. It works great battery seems good so far. S-pen works great. The only annoying thing is all the updates you have to do. Because this is a year old phone that was brought back to factory settings you have to do a years worth of updates. Other than that I am happy with the phone. I have bought many refurbished electronics in the past and have had great luck with them. I hope this phone lasts many years. * UP-DATE re-newed is a scam. So my "re-newed" phone came with a protective glass over the screen. It came with a note that said I should not remove it. Well I thought oh how nice they gave me a screen protector. Well as I was putting on the case the screen protector cracked. I thought oh well and took it off. ONLY to find out that the screen protector was covering up a CRACKED SCREEN!!!!! I was so mad. The description said the phone would be like new but would have some scuff marks. Needless to say looks like these "re-newed" phones from Amazon are scams. I will NEVER buy a re-newed product. I am so pissed and returned the phone I better get my money back!

The phone was in great condition and the switch from my Note 8 was fast and easy. The BAD news: It does NOT work with all 5G variants. Verizon has the following: 5G Nationwide and 5G Ultra Wideband Different Types of 5G? 5G Ultra Wideband is our high performing 5G —up to 10x faster than typical 4G LTE speeds. It is available in select areas. 5G Nationwide has similar performance rates to 4G LTE and is improving. If your area has 5G Ultra Wideband the phone will NOT work with it. I recommend getting a Note 20 IF a Note 20 with 5G WILL work with Ultra Wideband or your carrier's version of that. The 5G band is "improving" so I expect that if you currently live in a 5G Nationwide area that Verizon will "upgrade" your area and this phone will NOT work with that 5G. The GOOD news is that if you currently have a 4G SIM you can order a 5G SIM on the Verizon website and it will be sent to you in a couple of days. Just swap it out and activate it. If you don't get a 5G icon in the top right of your screen, you are probably in a 5G Ultra Wideband area and you won't connect to 5G. 4G will still work. Overall, the phone is "outdated". It did upgrade to Android 12 and UI One 4.1. Rumor (and a recent post) indicates that it will upgrade to Android 12L and UI One 4.1.1. But that will be it. I plan to keep this phone for several years. The S22 Ultra was a complete, useless disappointment. The S Pen is on the LEFT side and the palm of your hand makes it difficult to access. Plug something into the USB port and it is IMPOSSIBLE to access the S Pen. And if you want to use the bottom camera while you are holding the phone make sure your finger isn't COVERING the camera. If Samsung doesn't come to its senses and switch the S Pen back to the RIGHT side and move the bottom camera up, this will be the LAST Samsung phone I will own. BUT, I will be very happy with it. I, like most users, use only a SMALL fraction of its features and it is fast and easy to use. And I will find joy in discovering the other 95% of its features over the years that I will be using it.

THE PHONE DOESNT WORK!!!! And if it’s dead after the return window so it’s done you done get help or nothing!!! Don’t buy it’s a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Amazon doesn’t help with that !!!!!!! Actually Amazon doesn’t help with any electronic products so I recommend to buy electronics things ONLY from best buy or some normal store ❤️

for me is the best samsung cellphone ever made I have 3 of then diferent colors, the last one with micro sd card slot also. that why I have 3. big samsung mistake I havent buy any other samsung cellphone since they did it.

Refurbished galaxy note 10+ appears pretty much brand new. Not a scratch. Operating like normal and no issues. Only issue is the charger not being a legit Samsung charger it was making weird noises and sparking (tested with a different device first lol) not the worst issue as i have countless other's. So all in all. 2 thumbs up!

I actually didn't drop the phone at all, I just put it down on a hard surface face down. And when I picked it back up again, there was two sets of cracks spidering across the screen. Keep in mind I also had a screen protector on. The screen protector was in perfect condition afterwards but the screen underneath it was cracked meaning that the screen must have been especially brittle. Something very wrong happened here. It must have been used in an unusual way by the previous owner, either that or Gorilla Glass is brittle. I reached out to customer service and they said it's not covered under the warranty because it's external damage.

I was so surprised when I received it! It came with the original package and it looked new. The physical condition of the phone was as good as new, no scratches, no signs of previous usage, nothing. The phone also worked well and the battery life was... as expected... not the best! But overall, I was very happy with it!

This is phone is great even though is four year old back in 2019 I believe, battery Is better than my old phone, performance is good, screen it bigger than I thought, and I happy to have a pen on it, but yeah when I said I drop my phone, is on the bottom right so It my fault for dropping it at workplace, but either way great deal for a flagship phone.

Got this phone about 2 weeks ago, so far so good, like new condition, as advitised more than 80% battery capacity. Only drawback is it comes in android 10, Samsung should cover the note 10 to 13 so currently try to find out how to upgrade properly.
