So pretty and cozy! I use it for my chai and coffee! Very well made with beautiful detailed pattern!It's unglazed on the outside, but glazed inside for easy cleaning and maintenance!

I ordered two of these mugs and they both came well packaged and safe. They are well-glazed, durable, and beautifully designed. They did come a bit late, however that is to be expected with handmade products. I will say that if you are someone who likes perfection and conformity, don't buy handmade mugs like these. Personally, I think it adds character and the differences are miniscule if there. Overall, I totally recommend this mug and think it is a worthwhile purchase.

Amazing design, good quality, but, unfortunately, when pouring hot water the mug evaporates the smell, kind of red brick.I tried several times, would like to keep this item, but looks like i have to return back.
