I liked the quality of the chocolate. It melts easily, the taste is not perfect, but very good. You can cut it and simply serve it with tea.

What type of a delivery system are you if you can't take care of your items? We received a mobilephone yesterday, it was heating, from in the inside too!!! Like it was kept in the sun the whole time. Please invest in AC carsto protect the items and respect your delivery drivers working in this heat.

I'm disappointed with the recent experiences I've had with my chocolate orders. On multiple occasions, I received chocolates without the necessary seal, despite requesting a return or refund due to this issue.After reaching out to customer service and requesting an escalation, I was promised a replacement with the assurance of a seal. However, the replacement also arrived without a seal, leading to further frustration and complaints. Despite numerous attempts and calls to rectify the situation, I continued to receive unsealed chocolates.As a loyal customer who has been purchasing these chocolates for years, I've witnessed the product's evolution and improvement in packaging quality. While the chocolate's quality has increased over time, the missing seal has become a recurring problem. I recently left a review in the hope that the issue would be addressed, but I no longer seek refunds or returns as they result in more unsealed chocolates. The previous batch of chocolates that I have ordered last year has a seal, so I don’t know why this batch doesn’t have a seal.I urge you to take action to resolve this ongoing concern. I've invested both time and money into your products and believe in their quality. The absence of a seal not only compromises the chocolates' freshness but also puts the entire package at risk of opening during transit.Please prioritize this matter and restore my confidence in your brand. The white chocolate is so delicious, pure and clean tasting. Perfect white chocolate ready for any desserts your heart desires. The moment I tasted it I knew it be it would be absolutely perfect for make peppermint white hot chocolate (The powders just don’t do it justice).My order arrived perfectly fine nothing melted and everything in 1 piece. Also it is a really thick bar so be prepared to forcefully stabbing it to break off a piece.
