This is a great little encoder board. I used 12v led buttons with this 5v board and it worked great! The included clips were way small but I bent them into shape and still managed to use them with the larger 12v connections. Saved me from having to use a separate wiring harness. My project was a simple 5 button one joystick setup so I didn't use any extras I.e turbo but from what I can tell this was a good buy.Note* if using 12v LEDs on any 5v connection will cause the led to be less bright. If you intend to use these with 12v connection be prepared to bend the connectors almost flat to fit. As I only had 5 buttons to wire this was not an issue but would be a pain if wiring 8/10 ect.. may be better to get bigger connectors or another encoder that comes with the size you need.

Works pretty well. The only problem is that you need how to put the wires... Which needs to go to Youtube to view some tutorial. There are many different encoders so you will have to make some research. Also, there are no wires for setting up the autofire or the turbo mode... which is a shame if you need this. Overall, it's still a pretty good product but make sure you do your research first.
