You can't beat these for the price. Nice dressy plastic dishware that really can be washed and reused if you want to. Ours were used for a Christmas buffet of "small plates" and found their place in the recycle bin when dinner was finished. People were able to graze and pile these plates with an assortment of finger food without fear of spillage or breakage. Some folks sat with plates on their laps others found space on assorted tables scattered about and absolutely no one had any issues with walking around with a full plate. It was impressive to say the least.I am giving these five stars because they do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are packaged incredibly well and none were broken on arrival. They make a much nicer statement than the typical plastic or paper plate and they are as sturdy as can be. They look elegant. If I were designing plastic ware would this be the design I'd come up with? No. They are a bit plain. But I think most people will be happy with the look of these because they would fit in with most any decor.BOTTOM LINE: For what you are getting (a very sturdy, disposable - though reusable if you'd like - plate) The price is great and the quality excellent. Packaged very well.

Plates look like China. Held up well. Gold trim gave it a classy and elegant look on a gold charger. I will be ordering again as well as recommending the products that I have ordered. Thank you for quick delivery.

The plates arrived on time and worked very well. They looked festive and held up to both hot and cold foods. We were having a holiday meal outside so I did not want to use China for fear of breakage but wanted a more formal look than ordinary plastic plates. These fit the bill and when used with nice table clothes and place settings the tables looked beautiful and festive and cleanup was a breeze, just wipe off and toss in recycle bin.

Great item! I used as a charger to pretty up the table. They look real and sturdy enough to hold food although I didn't use them for that. I had clear plates for food in the buffet line. I was able to rinse and re-use them ALL. I put them right back in the original box for "next time". That only increases the value. Some plates had skipped silver trip but not that anyone but the purchaser would notice. I highly recommend these. You won't be sorry.

I used these plates for my daughter's wedding reception. They look very classy on the buffet table - like china! I was concerned about holding all the heavy food because they are very light, however, they didn't even bend when the plate was full - very sturdy. We ordered coconut fiber plates and had to return them because they split when pressured. I was very pleased with the quick ship and overall quality of plates from Select Settings!

These plates were used at our Homeowner Association Labor Day barbecue dinner with over 90 in attendance. The plates were sturdy, looked good and with what we were charging for the dinner wanted something stronger & nicer than a paper plate. Highly recommend this product. Although I alerted people these are not dishwasher safe, I know some did hand wash them and took them home, they looked that good.Also one day delivery on a Sunday, now that was really impressive.

First: order arrived super fast & well packed. Second: The Wedding was last night and the plates looked beautiful placed out on the Dessert Table. The wedding was in a rural setting & no glass of any kind was allowed on the premises. The plates filled the bill beautifully & the added bonus is they will be recycled. Very happy with purchase (guests too) !

Just used these to make Thanksgiving cleanup much faster. We had the other plastic plates but needed these. You can't tell they're plastic until you pick them up. After dinner, rinsed them and tossed them into a big plastic bag, then dumped them into the recycle pickup box. Thumbs up from our guests.
