Q: Does it come with screws

It screws on the back where the toilet lid screws in, and uses those screws. No other screws are needed to screw it on the toilet.

Q: Suction cups won't stick to floor . Anything I can do , or is it possible to buy new set of suction cups?

We have no issues with the suction cups and do not use them for sticking to the floor. We have tile and they do not move when using the safety rail. We do not use the suction cups - to be clear. In fact cleaning is much easier as they lift up a few inches to clean under.

Q: Will this work with a raised toilet seat?

I actually returned this item because it was flimsy. I ended up purchasing the Carex 3.5 Inch Raised Toilet Seat with Arms. It is much better for us and it elevates my Mom enough that it's much easier for her to get off the toilet. Plus, you don't have to clean around the extra legs. Check the Carex modle out.

Q: My mom got two parts A2 and no B2. How can I get the B2 right horizontal tube with male end?
