Great for my salon!
Pretty good price for VOIP phones for my business. They are easy to use as far as functionality. They are used non stop all day and have remained strong.

Great Phone for 3CX
This is a fantastic phone—works seamlessly with 3CX, which is what we use for our remote sites or basic desk setup. The sound quality is excellent, and the speakerphone is something that I use a lot. It arrived with the latest firmware pre-installed, though if you’re using it with 3CX, I’d recommend checking their website for the recommended firmware version and uploading it if needed. Super easy to use for anyone, and I love that it runs on PoE—I’ve never had to bother with a power supply. Highly recommend!

Not US versions of phones and firmware cannot be upgraded
The T46U phone firmware would not upgrade to the current version. I contacted Yealink Support, and their response follows, it's interesting because I purchased T46U phones and the firmware is tied to T43U phones only sold in China and Russia."The firmware version of 108.86.0.80 means these T43U are V3 hardware. T43U V3 does not support any other firmware version except 108.86.0.80. Please contact your phone provider to apply for RMA, this is their problem, they sold you the wrong phone, please ask them to provide you with the correct phone. In addition, Yealink only sells these products to China and Russia, not to the United States. So please ask your phone provider how they obtained these products."
