These Nuun electrolyte tabs are great! Easy to use and great flavors. I love the blueberry orange the best. Vitamins, minerals and herbs that give you energy in a great everyday hydrating drink. Especially important to stay hydrated during workouts, when you’re under the weather, or as a substitute for non-nutritious drinks.

Great product and great taste. I would recommend to anyone looking at hydrating, especially first thing in the morning.

These are cheaper and much healthier than G@toraid or other sports drinks that have artificial colors and lots of sugar. they store easily. i work outside in Florida heat, these ate a total survival tool ! Highly recommend, i just wish there was more competition and they were a little cheaper than 50 cents a tablet, which are good for about 24oz or 32 a little weaker. A half tablet is enough for a 12-16 oz water bottle and will fit in the smaller top. 3 tablets are enough for my small half gallon water jug. There's many flavors, i like the lemon lime and orange w vitamins added best. Subscribe and save item.

A refreshing, low‑sugar electrolyte option that dissolves easily and tastes clean. The orange flavor is a strong point—but the blueberry twist pulls in the wrong direction, giving an oddly medicinal impression. For pure enjoyment and hydration, I’d recommend the plain Orange flavor instead, and stick with Orange Blueberry only if you're curious to try a mix. Easy to carry container, dissolves well, flavor is just right.

The tablet takes a few minutes to effervesce once dropped into water. Most likely you will have to use a standard cup; glass; plastic cup or wide mouthed water bottle if you want these for on-the-go. I was hoping they could be dropped into a bottle of bottled spring water but the tablet is too large and does not fit into the opening of standard 16.9 oz bottles. The taste isn’t something that is going to blow you away. In fact, to me the taste is more bland invigorating. The ingredients however probably don’t allow for a refreshing feeling taste- wise BUT those same ingredients are internal organ friendly, so I am perfectly okay with the trade-off there. I was hoping for something tasty, but on the bright side, I won’t end up consuming the entire contents of the package within just two days. You can have up to six servings per day as recommended on the box. Maybe the taste is negligible if you’re sweating up a storm, but I was just relaxing and wanted something refreshing. It isn’t god-awful; it’s NOT what I was hoping for and expecting. So set the bar low for taste in your personal expectations but quite honestly as I sit tapping out this review I am feeling very relaxed but not tired. The results of the first serving are different than expected, but I am pleasantly surprised. No excessive “rush” and I don’t feel compelled to have another right this minute, but most likely in a little while which is a good thing because I have a lot to do this evening and didn’t get as much done earlier today as I would have liked to. Ten servings per tube; two grams of sugar; no caffeine and I am feeling on the energetic side right now. Don’t worry about how it tastes as far as I’m concerned; I have tasted more bland “energy drinks”. I just wanted this for some variety in hydration purposes so the energetic impulses are a bonus and fortunately I did not try this for the first time before bed just to have something refreshing before retiring for the day for having to get up early for work. Don’t do that just in case. Results may vary, so I would just take into consideration my experience in drinking a Nuun dissolved in 16 ounces of water. I don’t know if they will dissolve in juice.
