Very good griddle so far.
This is my first electric griddle and it works very well. The day I got it I cooked a pork shoulder steak and it came out juicy and tender. The next morning I made a hole package of bacon at once and it cooked nice and even. The surface is very nonstick and food will slide around if your not careful. Clean up is super easy, I wipe the surface down after it's cooled a bit and than rinse it out in the sink. The surface gets very hot so be careful, the instructions say to let the griddle heat up for ten minutes but it reaches temp faster than that. As other have noted the grease tray will slip out easily, bad design I would have taken off half a star for that if I could. Al in all I recommend this griddle especially for your first one, good price for the size.

Decent quality
This griddle is advertised as being easy to clean due to its ceramic coating, and it does seem to be easy to clean. It’s made of quality materials and works every time. The only downside is that it seems to heat a little unevenly; it gets hottest at the sides and it’s not as hot in the middle.

Big upgrade — easy to use, clean, and store
I bought this as an upgrade from a smokeless grill, and it’s been a huge improvement. The open design makes it so much easier to use, and the cooking surface is plenty big — we make full breakfasts on it without pulling out pots and pans. The non-stick ceramic coating really works, cleanup is quick, and the whole unit is surprisingly slim and easy to store. It heats evenly and holds temp well, and being able to submerge the cooking surface is a big plus.Overall, this griddle has made breakfast a breeze and takes up way less space than you'd expect for the size. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality, hassle-free electric griddle.

Good griddle
Love the cooktop very easy to clean, food doesn’t stick provided you let it get up to temperature before putting food on it, still not a even cooking surface, better than some though so you may need to move food around while cooking. Having to move food while cooking is why I have gave it 4 stars.

Cooks evenly and it’s a great size
Wow, as a former executive chef and college culinary arts instructor I think this is a great product! My husband loves pancakes, but we currently have an electric stove which I don’t care for. With this I can cook at least 6 good sized pancakes and some bacon at the same time. The heating element is very accurate. I would highly recommend this and cleanup is a breeze. Just remember DO NOT USE COOKING SPRAY on this product.

Perfect size and definitely no stick
Super easy to use. Heat's up quick. Yes you have to learn where the heating element is because it is going to be hotter over the heating element. I've used this once and cooked a ton of bacon. At first when I flipped the bacon I could see that it was cooking faster on one side of the bacon. That's where the element was. So I repositioned everything so it would cook more evenly. So by the time I was done cooking all my bacon it was all cooked evenly. None of my bacon's stuck. And it cleaned off super easy. It's not a heavy device so it's easy to clean in the sink. I am definitely going to enjoy this griddle more than any other griddle I've ever had.

Cleans easy
So far, I love it!.. I have to buy a new griddle about every 6-8 months it seems when I just can't get it to quit sticking so bad...but this is very easy so far to clean. I love the warming tray, I do wish it was bigger.. I wish it had someway to grab it and not burn yourself easily...it was slipping all over my counter and I had put tin foil below it, to help...well it started to slide backwards and I didn't grab low enough...and got burned...my old one had a plastic handle you could grab

Large size, very slippery, uneven heating
I got this mostly for Korean BBQ, to replace my panini press, which has teflon grill plates. I initially tested this unit with grilled cheese sandwiches, eggs and hash brown potatoes. Some of the pros can also be cons. For instance, the surface is a nice large size -- which is great if you are cooking a lot of food, but it wouldn't be efficient for just a couple of eggs or a couple of sandwiches. Also, since there is only one temperature control for the entire plate, you have to cook everything at the same temperature.Second, the surface is very slippery -- which actually makes it difficult to flip foods, and with the low rim, it is easy to slide the food over the edge. After losing some of the hash browns, I ended up using two spatulas to make a barrier to hold the foods in place to be able to flip them. Depending on what you are cooking,, if you are using tongs, this would not be an issue, and would make it easier for cleanup. Also, you have to be careful not to use a lot of butter/oil, because it will just run off into the drip tray. Good for low fat cooking, bad for items that require more fat to cook properly.Cons: It heats up quickly, but pointing with a laser thermometer, there seems to be a lot of uneven temperatures across the surface, with some as much as 75+ F degree swings in temperature.UPDATE -- I used this for a Korean BBQ, cooking several rounds of meat. The heating was VERY uneven with some pieces searing quickly, but other just sort of steaming and not browning. I will stick to a "folding" panini press that that opens flat. The cons on this one outweigh the pros.
