these pens are amazing! my daughter tried one and even took a few. writes well, doesn’t smear, easy to use. i love the fine tip pens and this met my expectations

EDIT: I think I figured out my problem. The cheap spiral notebooks from Walmart appear to have low quality paper. Using paper from 150-sheet packs (brighter, whiter paper. Less glossy) results in beautiful, fulfilling script. Updated to 5/5 stars. I'm tempted to -1 star for leaking, but I'll let it be. The picture scorns the product enough in that regard. I really want to like these pens. Moments after using one for the first time it was fading out badly. So I tried another...and another...and so on. Eventually I got to one that worked great. The next day, it was fading, also. So I gave it a little shake and was met with a bubble of ink that popped all over my fingers and the paper I was writing on. Well then...won't do that again.. Three times now I have retrieved a pen from my backpack and met a similar unpleasant surprise. I guess they shake in my backpack when I ride my motorcycle to school. But here's the kicker: when shaken up and bleeding all over the place the ink flows beautifully and I can write with the most consistent, pleasant hooks and curves in cursive script. I wish more than anything they would work like that consistently... I'm going to keep trying because these pens are still much better than the horrid Pentel 0.7mm R.S.V.P , which constantly leak from the tip and bleed through paper. At least uni-ball ink is more forgiving and even smearing a soaking streak of ink across paper doesn't bleed through. I've started using pencil grips in hopes of somehow finding the best of both worlds, no leaking and perfect, consistent ink streams. Alas, my trials have yet to prove successful.

These write so smoothly, as a result, your signature looks better than with regular ball points in my opinion. I have been buying these for years, and I haven't found anything that I would rather use.

I actually first found out about this pen in a school meeting, we had to fill some paper work out and they let us borrow these pens, the moment I saw the pen and started using it I instantly just saw how great these pens were and I had to buy some for my self. These pens are great, they are very stylish on the outside and are made of recycled electronics! Writing with this pen is really smooth and I really love its micro point tip (0.5mm), which unlike other pens that are fine point like some Sharpy pens that I have used whose points get bent or damaged if you press to hard with them these pens are sturdy and super clean! They don't smudge the paper because the ink dries really quick and overall its simply a great pen that I highly recommend! From now on when I am out of pens, I will continue to buy these great pens! I rate these pens a perfect 5 out of 5 stars! I hope this review helped you out! Update: 2/11/13 After having these pens for some more time I realized that some of the pens in the box are dry, not all of them just like 3 of them. Also I have noticed that the pens work great at a certain angle, otherwise the ink flow is not consistent and it doesn't write. I have lowered my rating to 4 stars, but these are sill nice pens overall.

Can we say best stick pen ever? I was weary of some negative reviews out there about leaking and drying out quickly. They must have gotten lemons since all I can say is WOW. It writes smooth every time and for some reason I find this to be more comfortable than other stick pens such as BIC or Papermate . The ink is dark and flows easily. Please be warned I DO understand why some people may not like it on account of the liquidy ink. On super thin paper it can bleed through a little bit but on printer paper or quality notebook paper it wont so it shouldn't be a problem . I am a business student in an ivy league school , the things I like about this are the Super Ink which prevents document fraud , check washing ect. The ink dries quickly and is fairly resistant to smudging . After 35 pages or more of notes (yes most people at Cornell use a Mac for notes) This pen is the best value I have come across for jotting things down with speed and reliability . The barrel is super light weight and matte finished and I cramped up before with other pens or felt easily fatigued . At about 50 cents each it would be a mistake not to get these. I have 9 that are yet to be used and I feel the need to order more already.

My favorite pen! Flows smoothly, dries very quickly, minimal pressure to heavy pressure gives near identical line width, lightweight, easy texture to grasp. Pen perfection.

I love these pens. I discovered them years ago and I keep coming back to them.
