Love this item. Got them for both of my daughters.

The grinders just work well, but their customer service... is outstanding!Two months after I purchased a pair of grinders, one of them quit working. I contacted their customer service and had a replacement in hands, no questions asked, in a matter of days. The whole time they kept me informed and were very cordial.I recommend the product - it's beautiful, cool and works pretty well with Costco's black pepper and pink salt - and I also recommend their company, YAYAYOUNG-US, for their excellent service.

Works as advertised

I’ve seen these things used on multiple cooking channels and always thought they were very cool. Seemed pricey but I love to cook so decided to give in. They’re very extra, borderline boujee, but in terms of functionality and practicality they’re actually awesome. Super easy to use, have a decent size reservoir, seem well made, and just look super cool to use. There’s something fun about freshly grinding your salt and pepper and seasoning your food, with these, it just takes that feeling to a whole different level. I think my only complaint is that it would be nice if they were water proof or water resistant. When they get dirty or greasy it would be nice to rinse them. I also keep them around my sink next to my stove and they’re at risk for getting exposure to water. Aside from that, they’re honestly awesome and I’d definitely recommend.

Durable and classy modern look, really like the blue light it just adds a nice touch, no button to operate simply turn over and it does its thing.

The only issue I have is how insanely fast it dies if you use it multiple times daily. It is 6 batteries PER grinder, not 6 total. It’s a lot of batteries giving how fast it dies. BUT THAT BEING SAID if you can look past that and continuing to put batteries in it, it’s absolutely wonderful to use. It has made cooking SO much better for me. I hated pepper grinders and I hate pre-ground pepper. This is an easy 10/10 with the product itself EXCLUDING the batteries part.

If you like kitchen gadgets, this one is for you!! It is so easy to use. You simply put your salt or pepper into the mill and turn it over. It does ALL the work for you! It grinds your salt or pepper and has a cool blue LED light so you can see how much is coming out. You'll never need another salt or pepper shaker again!

The quality is good but I don’t like the fact you have no control once you tip them. I prefer the push button style.
