Yes it just takes longer to cure with uv lamp vs led but it works

Q: Can I use glitter nail polish under gel top coat? Will it be cured properly?

I use glitter gel polish, but regular glitter polish did not hold up well combining it with the gel. It cured, but chipped or pealed within a few days.

Q: Does this contain tphp, also known as tpp, commonly used as a fire retardant in furniture and a hardener in plastic goods

Probably. All gel polish is extremely toxic, it's kind of the nature of the beast, darn these pretty polishes, why ya gotta be like that??
