Excellent Customer Service and Promising Product Quality
Update: I recently purchased the Trailblazer Slackline and encountered an issue with receiving a used product. However, the seller promptly reached out and provided exceptional customer service, offering to replace the item. Their quick response and willingness to resolve the problem left a great impression. While the slackline itself appears sturdy and well-designed, I haven’t had the chance to fully test it out yet due to the initial issue. That said, based on the customer service experience alone, I feel confident about the quality of the product and look forward to using it. I appreciate the seller’s commitment to ensuring a positive experience and will update this review once I’ve had the chance to put the slackline to full use.******I ordered the Trailblazer Slackline expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly used. The slackline showed obvious signs of use, including slight fraying, and the packaging was already open. This is not what I expect when I purchase a new item. The product itself might have been good, but receiving something that was used and in less than perfect condition is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with this experience and will be returning the slackline immediately.

Fun - but a lot harder than it looks!
Very nice set.But I was disappointed in myself - I thought my balance was better than that. Boy was I wrong. :/It is fairly easy to setup, being careful to keep the line straight and flat - especially where it loops around the tree. And you must crank the ratchet really tight to keep the line taut. So taking it down means being very careful with releasing that ratchet!I quickly realized that maxing out the distance between two trees is not the best way to begin. Choosing two trees closer together makes the line shorter and more stable. A long run means a lot of sway and bounce in the middle! Not easy to do when learning! All in all, I think it was a good purchase and a good value. With care, it should continue to be a fun thing to have for those trips to the cabin. :-)

Great for getting kids outside to play and exercise
My son is really coordinated and likes to climb and balance on things all the time. This was a perfect gift for him to sharpen those abilities and also to get him outside more to play. The parts are of good quality and is fairly easy to set up and to take down. It is pretty durable too. Found my son hanging upside down on the top guide line that is used as a hand hold and it held his weight. He weighs about 80 lbs. We don't leave it set up outside over night, so I can not speak to its ability to stand up to the weather. I've seen other kits that come with a pad to fit over the racket incase someone falls on it but that can be easily done by wrapping a towel over it. Overall we are happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

He loved it! It was easy to put up in ...
I bought this for my son for his 5th birthday. He loved it! It was easy to put up in about 5 minutes between trees in my backyard, and the training line really made it easy for him to get the hang of it. When I first put it up, I didn't tighten it enough, but that was easily fixed (once I could get him off it), and I know better now. I like that it fits easily into the carrying bag, meaning we can take it with us when we go to visit family, go camping (I'm counting on this for site-bound entertainment), or anywhere. The only concern I had is that when I tried it (I'm over 200 lbs), it didn't feel secure. The product information says it holds up to 4 tons, but I find that hard to believe. It didn't break, and it may be that I just didn't feel secure, but I think it's probably better for kids or lighter adults.

As described, good quality, good price
This is the first slackline I've purchased, but I've owned and used a lot of different ratchet straps. This feels like a good quality mechanism and a sturdy strap, so as long as you don't let it get damp and rust, or let the strap get too dirty, it should last a long time! As with any ratchet strap, it is much easier to tension and release if you lubricate the mechanism: bike chain oil with teflon is good and should last a long time, but any oil is better than nothing.I like the high-contrast orange color that makes it hard for bystanders to accidentally walk into the line once it's up. The included instructions show the basics of installing the ratchet mechanism, but don't include any details about the tree saver pads, the hand-hold upper strap, or tips that would be relevant to actually slacklining (what tension is good to start?). This info is easy to find online, but would have been nice if the included instructions had described all the parts of the kit.The kit was neatly packed and came with everything described on the product page. The carry sack (string-type backpack) ripped the first time I used it (sewing on one seam split), but it's still usable, and it's clear the carry sack is just a cheap extra rather than an integral part of the actual slack line.Overall I'm completely satisfied, especially considering I ordered one of the cheapest slackline kits I could find. Good value for the price.

So great for physical and mental development!
The media could not be loaded. We got this with full intentions to wait until Christmas to give it to our son. However, we were just too excited and I am so glad we went ahead! Our 5-yr-old has had so much fun practicing “ninja skills.” Definitely glad we got the assistance price (what he is gripping above) to help get him started. It holds adults too so we can also get in on the fun!

Lasted outside in high UV for 4 Years!
We bought this in Dec2019. Today the line broke (06Nov2023). We have left this slack line up year round. We are in Colorado so this has weathered our very intense levels of UV, snow, rain, dry air. This has been used almost daily, but lets go with weekly so no one accuses me of exaggeration. The slack line was showing fraying this year and we knew it was reaching it's life span. The rachets have held up. The cover for the rachet shredding this year and the tree protectors were starting to fall apart this year as well. For a product of this nature to last this long and in the elements that it has (seriously, our high elevation UV destroys a lot out here) is so rare. This is an amazing product. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
