Is this drill sized and weighted well for use by a woman?

I use it and I am a woman with small hands. It is not as heavy as my husband's regular drill but it is more sturdy than my previous B&D driver/drill. I prefer this one even though it is a bit wider in the grip and a tad heavier. It's my favorite gadget.

Does it come with charger and battery?

Yes, charger and battery are included. Battery is long duration, lasting multiple tasks.

Can i leave it charging over night without harming battery.

All Batteries leak power over time. The charger may turn on briefly after several hours to keep the batt, at full charge. The older the battery the more often the charger may cycle. Keeping any battery stored at maximum voltage will shorten the life of the battery.
