Are they absolutely precisely 100% the same as the original ear cushions on the headset? Probably not. Call me a liar, but this one is better than the original! I don't know why my ears used to heat up with the original grey ones but this one is amazing. No color change, solid material, and easy to install.Note that I bought the blue one too but I haven't used it yet because the purple still rocks!
