The massager provides a relaxing experience, thanks to its high-quality materials and well-built design. The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for the features it provides. However, it's worth noting that despite the product description mentioning a remote control, mine did not come with one. Product is ok but keep in mind that only in warranty period. Once warranty expires company won't support you. They won't give spare part. After using for about 16 months we were getting electric shock, then I opened foot spa and found that there was a water leakage as a rubber seal gets damaged. So I asked the company customer care no to provide me the spare part. But they denied as they don't repair or provide spare part post warranty period.
