Will this amp push two 12 inch L7 solo-baric kicker subs?

I have it pushing two 10" 500w subs along with 4 100w 6.5" midrange speakers in my boat and it has no issues. Not exactly sure what the output of your two 12" subs are, but I'm pretty confident of you feed it enough power (make sure you spec out the proper power cable size) it will do the trick. Good luck!

would this work for 6 speakers cause i wana run the tower speakers on a whole other amp and my six bottom 6.5 pioneer speakers on this amp

It has 2 higher outputs more for subwoofers and then 4 lower outputs mainly for speakers. So it would work as long as your speakers are rated high enough to handle the watts for the 2 higher outputs.

can this item be easily adapted to AC current? If so, how?

No, standard 15amp 120v couldn't even meet its peak power demand not to mention the size ac/dc converter you would need. Buy a 120v amp you will spend more trying to convert this one.
