When mornings are chaotic, sitting down for a proper breakfast isn't always an option. I picked these up looking for a grab-and-go solution that wouldn't leave me starving an hour later, and they absolutely deliver. The texture is similar to a dense, crunchy shortbread. Because they are packed with whole grains, they digest slowly. I find that a single pack actually does provide the "steady energy" it advertises, keeping me comfortably full and focused until lunch. The blueberry flavor is robust but not overly sweet. Pros: Genuine staying power—keeps you full for hours. Great crunch; they hold up perfectly when dunked in coffee. Convenient, portable packaging. Most of the crackers were broken. I'm very sad because they were so crushed. The flavor is so perfect though. It's a stunningly delicous breakfast snack, or snack in general.

A delicious treat with coffee or tea! Nice multi-packs wrapped great for sharing!
We love these also the Cinnamon ones. Yummy with tea or coffee! The blueberry were on sale so we shipped surprise boxes of these to family and friends just randomly as a little surprise and they love them. So nice that they come individually wrapped with several cookies per packet. Pop one in you purse, car, office drawer, lunch box.
