Nice color match
I'm very pleased with the color and consistency of this product. I did not have to use much to achieve the perfect color that matched the color on the label, and it did not change the consistency of my buttercream. It blended nicely and evenly with no color specks.

I used half a bottle to get the right shade of burgundy for my cake
I ended up using half the bottle for my baking project. It's also overpriced for such a small bottle.
