Love these! The most durable ones I've purchased, very comfortable, the stickiness keeps it in place and is easy to use. I barely know it's on besides not feeling the pain where it is. Only minor issue is that since I work 10+ hrs sometimes they come off with my tight compression socks. But never when I'm working so amazing over all.

These are great ,i have bunions on both feet .I stand all day as a cashier , i am wearing comfortable shoes ,but after long time standing the bunions hurt.since i got these , i am pain free.

However, the adhesive leaves much to be desired. The claim of all-day wear simply isn't true for me; these cushions barely lasted a full workday, let alone several days as suggested. The adhesive's lack of water resistance is a major drawback – any activity involving even light perspiration significantly reduced their effectiveness.Furthermore, the cushions are thinner than I anticipated. While the gel is pleasant, the overall cushioning effect is less substantial than I'd hoped for, especially considering the price. For those seeking significant support and long-lasting adhesion, these might not be the ideal solution. They offer a temporary reprieve, but certainly not a long-term, reliable fix for bunion discomfort. Therefore, I give them a three-star rating, hoping for improvements in future iterations, particularly regarding the adhesive.

These work really well on my side bunion

I have bought this produce for a few years and was satisfied. The product has changed recently--different gel, different adhesive. Now I am lucky if it adheres for one full day. If it gets wet, it slips off immediately. Very disappointing. The old version works very well. I advise customers not to waste their money.
