Doesn't stick well, falls down easily, no pain relief whatsoever. A complete scam.

Was really helpful when traveling..it reduced the pain .. starts activitating after 20 minutes..controls pain for about 5 hours then it loses its effect ... highly recommended

I use these for my knees and back and they work. I usually put on a night and they are pretty sticky, so they don't budge much (a little bit). My knees/back always feels better after. They can feel like they are 'burning' a bit. I have gotten used to this feeling, but it may not suit everyone.

I ordered 2 bags and I received only 1

The smell is very strong and clears the head quickly and they heat up quickly when applied to the skin. If you like it hot & strong they are good relief.

This was a waste of money, sorry peeps. Bought this and another brand to see which was better. Sadly this was a waste of money, did nothing
