Can this be made into a tea without adding honey or sugar? How does it taste?

I make tea with it. It has a mild taste but it smells wonderful. I add honey or superfood creamer to it sometimes but it is good as it is without adding anything. It helps me sleep better.

What is the fastest/easiest way to remove the twings from the lavender?

I just opened my bag of lavender yesterday and all I see are whole buds. If there are twigs, I have not seen any yet. This brand of lavender seems very clean.
