This iron heats up quickly and does a great job smoothing out wrinkles. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and glides effortlessly over fabric. Clothes look crisp with minimal effort.That said, the cord is a bit too short, which makes it tricky to use if your outlet isn’t close by. I also noticed a small amount of water leakage when it's upright—not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning.Still, overall a solid iron that gets the job done well. Just wish the design was a bit more practical.

This is a great iron. It is actually the second one that I have bought - as the first one died after 12 years.I love the fact that it has a retractable cord, it is easy to clean, it provides the option to either mist or steam your clothes while ironing. My previous one was blue - this one is green.... which is fine. It is easy to use, the settings are clearly understandable, so that you know which setting is appropriate for your fabrics. I would give this as a gift.

So far so good. I have owned a Black and Decker steam iron for years. Mine finally died yesterday. It lasted about 7 years. I would say a great run. So I ordered this new one that is lighter in weight and made to use tap water. Used it today to steam press and it worked great. Hopefully it lasts at least as long. Steam pressure was good, removed wrinkles quickly. The heat was just right. Great price.

Extremely disappointed with this product. I purchased this iron about two months ago and it has been nothing but frustration. The soleplate constantly sticks to my clothes, making it impossible to get a smooth finish on anything. What should be a simple 5-minute touch-up turns into a wrestling match with wrinkled fabric. The iron drags and catches on every type of material - cotton, polyester, even delicate fabrics. I've tried adjusting the temperature settings, using distilled water, and cleaning the soleplate multiple times, but nothing helps. It feels like the surface has some kind of rough coating that grabs onto fibers instead of gliding smoothly. My clothes come out looking worse than when I started, with new creases created by the iron's poor performance. I've even had it snag and slightly damage a nice work shirt. The steam function doesn't help either - it just makes the sticking problem worse. My old iron from 10 years ago worked better than this piece of junk. Save your money and buy literally any other brand. Too bad I missed the return date. I've thrown this in the trash. Just warning everyone to avoid this model.

Great product

Works fine, but I have issues with the design. First: the reservoir cover is too dark to see the level of water that is in it. Second: the cover for the fill-hole is flimsy and came off too easily with some difficulty putting back on. It seems as though many iron companies do the same thing and it’s annoying to see how much water is in the reservoir. Apparently, a man has designed these irons!!!! I get it, it won’t be “pretty” seeing inside, but really make it lighter so you can see!!!! The retractable wire is good. I’m not sure I’d buy this one again, but the price was decent.
